Professional Service Engineer

Responsibilities:


• Provide technical assistance to customers through implementation and deployment.


• Act as customer trusted advisor, consult customer about solutions options after understanding their needs/expectations.


• Plan, manage, and execute SOW/contract deliverables for Professional Service offerings.


• Lead kick-off meetings to ensure customers are covered for all aspects of deployment and operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years direct technical working experience in the Telecom and Data Communications with an emphasis on voice applications.


• Experience with TDM signaling protocols mandatory.


• Solid understanding of IP Telephony Gateways and various signaling protocols including but not limited to SIP and H.323.


• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux platforms.


• Experience with Microsoft technologies is a plus (Skype for Business, TEAMs)


• Microsoft certification in Unified Communications preferred. CCNA certification is advantage.


• Project Management experience a plus.


• Experience with both Enterprise and Service Provider client’s a plus.

Responsibilities




In accordance with professional program management methods and principles, the program manager will be responsible for the development and execution of 2 to 3 year strategic plans to support the company’s major product or computed based system development programs across multiple global sites and partners.




The Program Manager’s responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:


Responsible for resource capacity requirement planning and coordination of resource allocation between multiple geographical sites, functions areas and partners


Responsible for the timely initiation of all projects associated to the program.


Responsible to monitor and track progress of all projects associated with the program with respective project managers, to ensure timely delivery of new products to the market.


Responsible to manage escalation issues and assess health of the program Provides assessment and updates to Management and Senior Management on progress and health of the program.


Manages all scope and requirement changes to the program
