Project Controller

JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Controller for STM and maintenance projects

  • Submit access applications to Building management

  • Prepare documents for workers to enter worksite, highlighting any special request by customers

  • Liaise with customer for installation appointments

  • Troubleshoot issues on site

  • Compile daily completion work schedule and submit to customer

  • Uploading and closing of WFM

  • Other adhoc work as requested by supervisor




JOB REQUIREMENT



  • Min diploma in any discipline

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good computer skills, proficiency in MS office applications

  • 5.5 work week

Assistant Site Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION



  • To manage various sites around Singapore

  • To conduct toolbox meeting every morning at the workers' dormitory

  • To attend site issues when needed

  • To co-ordinate with the workers at site

  • To arrange and attend site meetings with customers

  • To arrange and deploy site teams, including site materials, equipment and vehicles and update to office admin with names

  • To plan and order materials for site

  • To conduct site survey for new ROA/TCP preparation

  • To update status of work and site completion to office for compilation of claims

  • To check and verify workers overtime

  • Any other adhoc as requested by supervisor




JOB REQUIREMENTS



  • Min Diploma in civil engineering or equivalent

  • Min 2 years' experience in site management

  • Class 3 driving license needed to visit various sites

  • Knowledge in auto-cad will be an added advantage

  • Able to work in fast-paced environment

  • 6days work week

JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Handle staff recruitment, interviews, on-boarding and off-boarding

  • Handle staff discipline issues and employment-related issues

  • Liaise with MOM and relevant government bodies

  • Handle all application, issuance, renewal and cancellation of work passess (WP, SP)

  • Monitor and process annual appraisal

  • Schedule and arrange training courses for staff

  • Maintain personal files, leave records and other HR administrative matters

  • Manage monthly payroll, CPF, IRAS submission

  • Reviewing and renewing foreign worker dormitories.

  • Any other adhoc assignments as delegated by supervisor




JOB REQUIREMENTS



  • Min diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline

  • Experience in Info-pay software preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good computer skills, proficiency in MS office applications

  • Bilingual

  • 5.25 work week (Alternate Saturday off)

  • Assist in the managing of local & foreign workers details

  • Employee onboarding/offboarding

  • Familiar with MOM and other regulatory requirements

  • Prepare monthly payroll

  • Prepare and collate monthly manpower report

  • Maintenance of employee records & HRIS system

  • Liaising with suppliers (training centres, dormitory operators, etc)
