The Senior Manager will partner with Global Learning & Development (L&D) and Asia leadership to define needs and design and develop learning programmes for global delivery.




They will spend at least two thirds of their time facilitating learning throughout the Asia region, leveraging the global curriculum comprised of classroom, virtual, e-Learning, assessments and development.




RESPONSIBILITIES:


Needs Assessment & Solutioning



  • Work with business leaders to understand needs and work with Global L&D to build solutions.

  • Work with key players in other regions to address common goals and achieve the global L&D strategy.


Design and Development



  • Solely responsible for the design and development of learning programmes (in alignment with global priorities) adapting content to suit regional requirements and needs.

Reporting & Metrics

Learning Delivery

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A detailed understanding of Enterprise Wide AML Risk Assessment methodology/models and modelling including the inputs, outputs and practical implementation. Focus on the calculation of Inherent Risk and the assessment of the Control Environment. Experience in terms of optimising such models to deliver enhanced risk management results is required

  • A detailed understanding of New Product and Services Risk Assessment methodology/models and modelling including the inputs, outputs and practical implementation. Focus on the calculation of the Risk in any new/modified product or service and the assessment of the Control Environment to manage the risk (if appropriate).

  • Program Management/Testing – successfully developed and implemented a monitoring or testing program relating to the oversight of the FCC program to include executing change management activities (e.g. business impact assessments, operational risk assessments) related to regulatory demands

FTI’s Data & Analytics team (D&A) delivers strategic business solutions for clients requiring in-depth analysis of large, disparate sets of financial, operational, and transactional data. Few organizations are prepared to cope with the large volume of information generated in today’s business environment, requiring corporations to take new approaches to assessing and prioritising what is relevant when managing critical cases and issues. The D&A team uses leading edge technologies and proven methodologies to identify, acquire, and transform massive amounts of complex and diverse information into workable databases, then uses FTI’s business and industry expertise to analyse problems or opportunities and identify solutions to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.




D&A’s AI and Machine Learning team specializes in artificial intelligence (AI). We advise financial services clients (i.e., fintech, insurtech, regtech, banking, and investment management) and corporate clients. In addition to AI, we advise clients how to use other machine learning methods and predictive analytics. We try to provide advice in a pragmatic and heuristic way, using code and prototypes to bring difficult concepts to life quickly, compellingly, and in ways that clearly demonstrate tangible business benefits to our clients.




What You’ll Do:




As a Senior Consultant, you will develop in-depth knowledge of your clients' objectives and challenges in order to design and implement AI solutions.



  • Data science: visually studying data; statistically investigating data; assessing data’s integrity; wrangling, preparing, and labeling data.

  • Building AI environments and pipelines.

  • End-to-end workflow.

  • Feature engineering.

  • Natural Language Processing.

  • Building and training AI models, including but by no means limited to deep learning neural nets, GANs, and reinforcement learning.

  • Predictive diagnostics.

  • Building compelling and intuitive visualization and UI.

  • Deployment (including at scale) via cloud and on-prem.


Basic Qualification:




Business Skills:




o Mathematically/quantitatively adept with specific referenceable examples (i.e., contributions to algorithms and models, for example via a thesis or publications).


o Deep understanding and proven track record of deploying advanced neural networks, including but not limited to deep learning, GANs, and reinforcement learning.


o Demonstrable track record of using a broad range of machine learning methods.


o Strong front end and visualization skills, particularly web apps.


o Able to solve quantitative problems, often very complex, in a broad range of settings


o Excellent organizational skills.


o Able to effectively develop work programs and execute them on time and within budget.


o Able to provide quality assurance and supervision.

About the Role:


This role will provide expert technical and application services to our diverse customer base. Including, but not limited to troubleshooting complex software, hardware, and process issues.


The successful candidate may also prepare a variety of technical knowledge articles or manuals for documentation. Standards documents may include policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.




This role will be shift work, to bolster our global service footprint and to ensure that we are available when our clients need us.




What You’ll Do:



  • Provide local, regional, and global service for Relativity, Nuix Discover and other client facing hosted applications.

  • Research, resolve and answer to a variety of customer inquiries.

  • Provide promptly and professionally service to customer issues received via helpdesk ticketing system, email and telephone.

  • Engage appropriate resources to resolve and provide timely updates to customers.

  • Fully document each customer issue and resolution.

  • Assist FTI customers with onsite and remote implementation of FTI products, including also, configuration and testing.

  • Develop and document enterprise architecture specifications for FTI product deployments.

How You’ll Grow


You will be required to work on client engagements under the supervision of more senior members of the team. You will benefit from on-the-job coaching from experienced members of the team and will be supported in undertaking an appropriate accounting qualification.




Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Enrollment in (or intention to pursue) an internationally recognised professional qualification in accounting or finance.
