Job Duties in Brief:



  • Maintaining books and records and calculating fund Net Asset Values;

  • Reviewing and/or preparing financial statements and associated reports, including performance metrics;

  • Reviewing and/or calculating carried interest/performance/incentive fees;

  • Reviewing and/or preparing calculations and investor allocations for capital calls, distributions and equalisations;

  • Coordinating and/or processing payments and other transactions;

  • Acting as primary day-to-day contact with clients and other fund participants;

About you:

Senior Fund Accountant/ Assistant Manager - Hedge Fund Accounting

Job Duties in Brief:



  • Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of Open-Ended funds

  • Prepare/ Review periodical financial reporting for the Hedge Funds, including the determination of "Net Asset Value" and prepare the Statement of Asset and Liabilities and Profit and Loss Statement, for larger, complex clients

  • Work closely with the team of Senior Fund Accountants / Fund Accountants to manage timelines and workflows, ensuring deliverables within agreed SLA

  • Escalate all material issues affecting the NAV production process to the Assistant Vice President in a timely manner;

  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, investment advisors/managers, banks, brokers and auditors and other fund participants

  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure that client needs are met

  • Provide coaching and training to team members, and to identify areas for additional training & development

About you:



  • University degree in accounting, finance, economics or professional accounting designation, or related discipline

As part of their rapid expansion, they are currently looking to hire a System Solution Consultant for internal solution customization, as well as system implementation services for clients.


Responsibilities



  • Involve in client project meetings, review project estimation, deliverables and training;

  • Gather customer’s requirements for software implementation;

  • Test and implement the system based on client’s requirements;

  • Support and advise the client to optimize their internal investment management process;

  • Assist the sales team in presenting products and solutions to key prospects during detailed demonstrations;

  • Develop and deliver client training, both onsite and remote;

  • Work with team members to define, prioritize, and implement client requirements.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies, Systems Engineering or relevant disciplines;

  • Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably with a combination of software development experience and application consultancy experience;

  • Prepare AGM and EGM documentation for the private Companies

  • Assist in incorporation and striking of Private and Singapore Branch Companies
