Director, IT (Infrastructure)

We are searching for an experienced and dedicated person to supervise the use of Information Technology (IT) in our company.


A successful candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the current and up-and-coming trends in the IT field.


To be successful, you will be highly-analytical, professional, and possess excellent organizational skills. The chosen candidate will help store, evaluate and apply data strategies to our daily operations to improve company development.




Responsibilities:



  • Develop goals and strategies to ensure the IT department runs smoothly and effectively.

  • Direct and establish IT-related projects.

  • Monitor changes in the technology sector to discover ways the company can improve and develop.

  • Supervise the networks and computer systems in the company to ensure optimal performance.

  • Plan and direct the implementation of new IT systems.

Requirements:

Description


The trainee would support the HR Department in the following aspects:


1. Local Recruitment



  • Assist in job listings and sourcing

  • Shortlist profiles and perform phone screening, potentially coordinating relevant technical tests, and co-interviewing with respective line managers) and onboarding duties.


2. Off-boarding Administration and Grant Application/Foreign Work Management



  • Perform off-boarding procedures such as preparing release letters, tabulation of balance leave, last salary and potentially sit-in some exit interviews.


3. Claims and subsidy application



  • Apply for various government claims such as NS make-up claims, child leave, maternity/paternity leave etc.

  • Identify different training providers and apply for relevant subsidies.

Junior Sous Chef (Western Cuisine)

· Assist the Assistant Sous/Sous chef in day to day culinary operations


· Responsible for food production in the assigned role


· Cook or directly supervises the cooking of items that require skillful preparation


· Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout assigned kitchen areas at all times


· Implement controls to minimize food waste


· Supervise culinary staff, ensure adequate staffing and implement training to increase staff knowledge about safety sanitation and accident prevention principles when necessary


· Assist in scheduling and coordinating the work of kitchen employees to assure that food preparation is economical and technically correct within budgeted labour cost goals when necessary / Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal prep, cooking and delivering food to diners in a timely fashion

Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description




The Digital Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in Gain City by running marketing campaigns over social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google etc. Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:





  • Oversee the creation and implementation of the social media strategies, digital campaigns and media monitor to meet KPIs, including getting sponsorships.

  • Managing the A&P budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising

  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction on various social media platforms such as Google, Facebook between followers and the company, and ensure a positive online community experience

  • Analyse the existing social media strategy, identify strategic weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvements

  • Develop new social media strategies and campaigns to expand social media profiles and quality content across various social media platforms to support and expand digital presence.

  • Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent

  • Scheduling social media posts using applications

  • Stay up to date on social media trends and propose changes or initiatives to scale brand and company awareness on the various social media channels




Requirements





  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Business, and Communications or in related field.

  • At least 5 years of social media and/or marketing experience managing content marketing campaigns

  • Must have proven experience in handling advertising agencies and 3rd part vendors.

  • Must be social media savvy, have an active presence on social media platforms with an extensive knowledge of social media platforms.

  • Experience in campaigns management and marketing analytics preferred

  • Preferable with some experience in Magento eCommerce Software and retail industry

  • Strong writing and communication skills.

  • Ability to coordinate with various types of people and personalities across multiple departments and levels of seniority.

  • Strong organisational skills, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
