A ) Admin & Administrative Assistant (2 Years Contract) – 1 Vacancy
Job Description
1) Data Entry for Accounting
2) Handle Logistics Arrangements
3) Produce Weekly/Monthly Reports
4) Issuing of Quotation, Invoices
5) Provides Administrative support to Managers
6) Coordinates daily jobs
7) Ad hoc administrative & data entry duties
Requirements
1) Candidates must process at least O level or equivalent
2) Able to speak & write in English
3) Good Knowledge with Microsoft Words, Excel, V lookup, PowerPoint
4) Basic Accounting knowledge will be advantageous
5) Excellent time management skills and independent Worker
6) Pays attention to details and work with a positive attitude to meet deadlines
7) Good team player, highly initiative, diligent and fun loving
8) Good time management and meticulous
9) Able to work longer on month end closing.
10) Preferably posses class 3 driving licence
