We are a NEW restaurant concept in Singapore opening our doors in mid-Octtober-2014. Established by Chris C (co-founder of The Disgruntled Chef in Dempsey, and TBB in Tiong Bahru), this yet-to-be named western-dining restaurant will specialize in market-fresh seafood like "Blue Swimmer Crab Stir Fry with Greens" and "Grilled Bay Bugs with Aromatic Oil & Lemongrass".
The theme of the restaurant is fresh western-style seafood cooked with an asian/aussie influence, or as some would call it : Ang Mo Seafood Zhi Char (Hokkein dialect). Dining will be communcal style with lots of sharing dishes and long tables, the anbience will be slightly grungy yet comfortable; and the price point will be mid-level dining.
Located along the Duxton Hill pedestrian strip (next to Lucha Loco and Alba), we aim to bring good food, good atmosphere and a good crew to deliver an awesome customer experience.
