Site Engineer
GREATEARTH CORPORATION PTE. LTD.

$2800 to $5600 (Monthly)

Principal Accountabilities


1. Assist the PM in project planning and to coordinate and oversee all works on site


2. Assist the PM in the implementation of the Company’s QEHS System on the site


3. Monitor and coordinate the works of Supervisor


4. Coordinate the inspection of works by Resident Engineer and / or Clerk-of-works/ Resident Technical Officer (RTO)


5. Handling of technical and engineering problems


6. Assist the PM in planning, programming and monitoring of construction works progress in accordance to SWP adopted


7. Liaison with client’s representatives and consultants


8. BIM / VDC coordination for project


9. Check and coordinate structural shop drawing and As-Built preparation and submission


10. Plan and prepare weekly structural work schedule, with reference to the monthly works schedule prepared by PM, to be issued to all site staff and subcontractors


11. Control material wastage and unproductive usage / deployment of company's general worker


12. Prepare, verify and submission of Project Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM)/ As-Built Drawing etc. to consultants / Employer and obtain T.O.P. Maintenance Certificate /Final Completion Certificate


13. Assist to ensure high workplace safety, health and environment standard




Requirements


1. Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction industry


2. Proven track records of successful projects delivery


3. Familiar with Government rules and regulations


4. Proficient in MS office skills


5. Commercial awareness and high degree of integrity

Environmental Control Officer
GREATEARTH CORPORATION PTE. LTD.

$2800 to $5600 (Monthly)

Job Responsibilities: -


- Prepare and submit a Site Environmental Control Programme at least three weeks before work commences on the worksite


- Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environmental health hazard


- Point out and discuss environmental health irregularities such as mosquito and fly breeding, rodent infestation, noise/ dust/ smoke/ water pollution, poor housekeeping, earth littering, poor refuse management, poor maintenance of sanitary facilities, etc. with the PM and recommend measures to rectify such irregularities


- Attend to all feedback on such irregularities and inform the PM accordingly


- Report and submit a Site Environmental Control Report once every fortnight, on the 1st and 15th of the month


- Assist the authorities to investigate outbreaks of infectious, vector borne or food-borne diseases on the construction site


- Organize campaigns, training courses and other activities to develop and sustain the interest of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards in the construction site




Job Requirements:


- Registered ECO with National Environment Agency (NEA)


- Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering or related with minimium 3 years of relevant experience in construction industry and HDB projects


- Familiar with Government rules and regulations


- Proficient in MS office skills


- Commercial awareness and high degree of integrity
