Sales Manager

Job Scope



  • To develop and implement a strategic plan for the company according with the strategic plan of Leviat SEA, to realize the company’s mission and objectives and to realize optimal revenue, profitability and growth. Steering company operations to ensure operational excellence, compliance in safety and quality, cost-effective management and product innovation.


Key Responsibilities



  • Responsible for administering and overseeing the overall business development, marketing, and operations of Leviat in Singapore.

  • Responsible for overall planning, executing and controlling business development of construction accessories.

  • Sparring partner with Leviat SEA HQ in Kuala Lumpur. Will work in close cooperation with Leviat SEA HQ Management Team.

  • Responsible for overall management of sales and marketing of Leivat Product portfolio, specifically Ancon, Halfen, Moment and Plaka. Continuously expand market share.

  • Manage and develop key customer accounts. Identify potential company's customers and establish long term relationship, while maintaining current ones.

  • Take an active role in commercial activities, manage and lead sales portfolio.

  • Eager to develop the business to new levels.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

  • Study the potential of new products in the Singapore market and the eventual introduction of these new products.

  • Set business strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue targets in liaison with Leviat SEA HQ.

  • Responsible for overall branding of the Leviat brand and marketing initiatives in liaison with Leviat SEA HQ.

  • Leading and managing a small sales team at Leviat in Singapore and assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.

Customer Service Executive
HALFEN-MOMENT PTE. LTD.

$2500 to $2800 (Monthly)

Responsibilities:



  • Processing Customers Order accurately & timely i.e. generating Sales Order, Delivery Order, communicating with team member in supply chain ensuring stock availability & ability to meet customer delivery schedule. Responsible for all sales/customer support activities & oversee daily order processing.

  • Communicate with internal & external customers i.e. updating customer on delivery schedule. Support the Sales Team to ensure customers are well assisted & all enquiries are responded in timely manner. Addressing all customer complaints professionally & instantly.

  • Up-Selling actively promote associate products when responding to customer’s enquiry. Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information & guidance, researching & recommending new opportunities & service improvements.

  • Customer Database Management registering new customer, update customer information, generating quotation/pricing proposal to client, ensuring data integrity in the platform

  • Customer Logistics Management: Project Logistics starting with all commercial formalities as per customer Purchase Order for the product underlined & co-ordinate with Purchase & Logistics team for effective and timely deliveries to their warehouse/Construction Site.

  • Be the key coordinator for advance information to Project/Operations Teams for Site installation basis Logistics flow communication from Purchase/Logistics team

Requirements:



  • Graduate Degree/ Diploma (Any discipline) together with relevant experience.

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service / Sales Co-ordination

  • Confidence to handle Internal | External Customer Complaints over email/ phone/ web-interface

Production Executive

The Production Executive is the first point contact for customer services in relation to queries in regards to lead times, scheduling and delivery for orders related to production. He is responsible for issuing and tracking of work orders, communicate with internal customers (as well as external customers upon required) of the orders and other requirement and response promptly of the planning and information of job completion in advance. He is also responsible for expediting and prioritizing work orders and coordinating and managing weekly and monthly production and resources planning.






Responsibilities:



  • Understand and analyze of sales order releases with respect to in-house production (Threading, Duct, and material requirements).

  • Contact and follow up with customer services and/or customers for complete information whenever required.

  • Preparing and updating Master Production Schedule.

  • Issue and distributes work orders to production and proposed completion date.

  • Coordinates and expedites the placement of purchase orders for tools, material and service and/or delivery of material.

  • Coordinate work order scheduling with Production Supervisor/Leader/Lead Operator. Schedules and coordinates within or between departments (sales, inventory, purchasing, production and logistic) to expedite production and delivery.

  • To follow up work orders and notify customer service, sales or customers of availability/lead-times or any activity concerning their order status.

  • Reviews Master Production Schedule and work orders, expediting and prioritizing work orders and revises schedule according to work order specifications.

  • Initiates replacement orders for lost, damaged or discrepant items.

  • Support manufacturing practices such as TPM and Lean Manufacturing strategies. Assist in day-to-day department operations.

  • Managing and preparing daily, weekly and monthly production schedule and reports. Responsible for tracking and presenting production performance indices in KPI/Operations.

  • Oversee the warehouse management, inventorystorage setup and efficient racking system for all inventory, raw material, assets, consumable and related production items. Ensuring accurate inventory count levels. Oversee stock count process.

  • It is not possible to enumerate all duties, but your scope covers all production related responsibilities. Your duties will also extend to other departments as and when required.

Requirements:



  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.

  • Previous experience for at least 1 year preferably in manufacturing environment or related field.
