Hays Technology is looking for an IT Director to lead the Infrastructure Service and Operations. You will lead the IT Department and oversee IT direction globally, developing strategic IT policies for Infrastructure services.



What you will be doing:


This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CIO to oversee and lead the IT Infrastructure operations and services across the business globally. You will handle all aspects of IT Operations including, but not limited to, End User Computing, Network and Server Management, and SAP applications.



You will develop strategic roadmaps and development plans to improve and enhance the technical direction for Infrastructure across the business globally. You play a crucial and integral role in engaging and working with senior stakeholders to bring about change within the business and lead the digitalisation of the technical infrastructure services.



You will serve as a business partner to provide IT direction and innovation to key stakeholders and vendors within and outside the business. You will analyse and suggest areas of improvement to the existing infrastructure setup to ensure exceptional delivery of daily operations.

A market leader in the life-sciences industry is looking for a Finance Transition Lead to join their exciting business.



Your new role

This is a newly created regional role, whereby you will be a key support in organizational-wide integration projects and internal controls. This involves project management such as the harmonization and standardization of processes and framework according to the industry best standard, and implementing the firm’s global finance strategy across the regions. Next, you will ensure the adherence and compliance of internal controls – by identifying the relevant gaps and continuously improve on their existing finance controls processes. You will be the bridge between the finance team and the commercial leaders on the finance projects, and be the key communicator in any finance-related recommendations and its various impacts to the organization.


What you'll need to succeed

You will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, and have at least 3 years of finance integration/transformation experience in a MNC set-up. If you lack the finance integration/transformation experience, you should come from a solid hybrid background of accounting and internal controls (finance process improvements). Big4 audit background, with commercial finance and special projects experience is ideal as well. You should have regional experience, and come from a pharmaceutical-industry background.
