Brand Innovation Director

$8000 to $15000 (Monthly)

HipVan, a leading home & living e-commerce company, is looking for an experienced and driven Business Innovation Director. Brand Innovation Director is responsible for the delivery of key commercial targets that include P&L and market share objectives. This role is responsible for developing brand growth strategies, launching key innovation initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams, and day-to-day operations of the business. The candidate has a strong and proven track record in B2C e-commerce.


  • Develops, leads, and executes brand growth strategies

  • Monitors progress and provide proactive recommendations

  • Ensures smooth operation of the day-to-day functions of the brand, including ROI measurement, budget management, and SKU management.

  • Develops disruptive creative campaigns to be executed across multiple touchpoints, but especially digital touch points

  • Provides strategic input to the overall short and long-term new product development agenda.

  • Leads cross-functional brand teams to prioritize projects and resources to deliver against KPIs and goals.

  • A self-starter that can work through uncertainty to make business decisions and recommendations.


  • 4-6 years of experience in B2C E-commerce

  • Proven record of driving growth in B2C e-commerce

  • Demonstrated project and product management expertise

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

  • Ability to effectively organize, analyze, and present data with solutions

  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate solid leadership qualities

Marketing Executive

$2500 to $3500 (Monthly)

Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Executive at HipVan, you will be involved in building and executing an integrated digital marketing strategy for in Singapore. We are looking for a well-rounded candidate with strong analytical skills, experience in a variety of digital marketing channels and a determination to solve difficult problems.

Job Description

- Build and own an integrated digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement and retention

- Assists with ideation, content creation and copywriting for website, social media, EDM, and other digital marketing channels

- Define, track and analyse KPIs for all digital marketing campaigns

- Accountable for driving high ROI on marketing spend and fast growth through organic channels, including but not limited to Email, Search and Referral Marketing

- Create engaging and user centric campaigns and get creative with tactics to support campaign objectives - Work closely with cross functional team members (growth, branding, technology)


- Passionate about technology, marketing and analytics

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Basic SEO, Google AdWords and Facebook Pages & Ads Manager.

- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think out of the box

- A self-starter, proactive and hands-on approach. Get it done right and fast!

- Dedicated to deadlines and have excellent time-management to always be on schedule
