Senior Account Manager

What does a Senior Account Manager do at Hogarth?


As a Senior Account Manager, you are pivotal in supporting the Group Account Director (GAD)in the smooth running of the business. Our account handlers are responsible for client relationships, managing the team, building relationships with stakeholders and delivering against budgets and workflows. You should have a proven track record within account handling, have knowledge of industry best-practice and have a strong commercial acumen.




Reporting lines and key stakeholders


This role reports to the Group Account Director and you will collaborate with stakeholders across all departments.




Responsibilities


• Support the Group Account Director (GAD) with business growth


• Act as point of contact for escalation for the client/agency and internal teams, resolving problems quickly and communicating effectively


• Work on adaptation campaign works


• Work closely with GAD on P&L, forecast, budgeting


• Have financial responsibilities, including preparing cost estimates


• Develop a deep understanding of the contractual obligations, commercial arrangements and SLAs


• Build relationships with key stakeholders, manage perceptions and expectations


• Liaise with different internal teams on specified client requirements and resolve client issues/complaints to the satisfaction of main stakeholders


• Understand how client, agency, and Hogarth relationships interact


• Proven ability to make informed decisions and problem-solve based on sound knowledge


• Capability of working under pressure and to tight deadlines




Qualifications


• Knowledge from working in an advertising adaptation role preferred


• Focus on continuous improvements, delivering excellent quality and high levels of customer service


• Understanding of financial compliance procedures


• Sound technical understanding of client requirements


• Commercial acumen


• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills


• Attention to detail and an eye for producing quality work is a must

What does a Senior Account Executive do at Hogarth?


As part of the Client Services Department, you play a central role in the business and are pivotal to the smooth running of your account. You will be required to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the business and will support your line manager across the board. You will require good communication, organisation and time management skills as multi-tasking will be a core part of your role.




Reporting lines and key stakeholders


This role reports to the Group Account Director and you will collaborate with stakeholders across all departments




Responsibilities


•Responsible for day-to-day administration of the account and supporting team


•Helps organise, attends (if required) and minutes internal team and client meetings


•Updates and maintains status sheets.


•Liaises with media agencies/suppliers to obtain schedules, technical specifications and copy dates.


•Liaises with creative agencies to obtain master artwork files and reports any delays to SAD


•Responds to information requests from the SAD


•Works closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Digital, Print, Transcreation & Broadcast


•Distribute contact reports and agendas


•Collates any information needed for input to client reports and presentations


•Responsible for uploading reference materials to FIDO


•Provides any additional administrative support to team as required.




Qualifications


•Knowledge from working in a TV, print, or digital production role


•Experience in budgeting and forecasting


•Focus on continuous improvements, delivering excellent quality and high levels of customer service


•Agency experience managing international clients in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders


•Understanding of financial compliance procedures


•Sound technical understanding of client requirements


•Commercial acumen


•Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills


•Good networking skills


•Flexibility to work late or on weekends/public holidays as and when required
