Contract Engineer

$4000 to $5000 (Monthly)

Report to the Project Manager / Controls Manager

· Represent the company in professional and diligent manner, negotiating contracts, formulating policies with suppliers and developing a strong working relationship with the client

· Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.

· Negotiate the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions.

· Documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution.

· Be responsible for the overall management of others within the Contracts Group

· Assist in formation of subcontracts including pre-contract activities, drafting agreements (with flow down conditions from the client contract), bidder commercial qualification, administration and evaluation of tenders, negotiations of terms and conditions and award

· Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.

· Review and develop project contracts strategies, processes and procedures and communicate to relevant personnel

· Participate in kick off meetings with subcontractors and suppliers

· Manage others in post award administration including reviewing and drafting correspondence; payment applications, payment certificates and invoices; bonds, insurance and warranties.

· Develop, implement and oversee the management of key performance indicators for Contracts Group personnel, subcontractors and suppliers

· Oversee re-measurement and agreement of quantities

· Participate in periodic audits of subcontractors and suppliers

· Oversee the preparation of internal reports relating to subcontractors and suppliers

· Manage others and participate in the commercial administration and management of contracts including change management; preparation, negotiation and defense of claims and other associated commercial issues

· Oversee and participate in close out of contracts and deal with claims to satisfactory conclusions

· Monitor and ensure company compliance with contracts and agreements

· Manage others to ensure adequate project and contractual records are kept

· Provide contractual advice and training to company employees in contracting practices and procedures

· Contribute to risk management process and procedures

Civil Engineer

$4000 to $6000 (Monthly)


- Report to the project manager and construction manager

· Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.

· Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures, following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools.

· Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications.

· Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.

· Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.

· Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.

· Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.

· Prepare or present public reports, such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, and property and right-of-way descriptions.

· Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.

· Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.

· Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of projects.

Requirement :

- Knowledge in petrochemial , oil & gas and refinery construction is a must

- Education : Minimum Bachelor in Civil Engineering

Civil Engineer

$4500 to $5000 (Monthly)


· Design structural components for large-scale projects, including analyzing survey reports, topographical maps, zoning restrictions and client requirements to ensure specifications meet project goals

· Review blueprints, plans and change orders to verify structural integrity of materials and designs, and perform complex calculations and use modeling methods to ensure correct results

· Participate in initial planning and bidding processes, including reviewing environmental factors, government regulations, constructions costs and risk analysis reports to prepare comprehensive study on all relevant design factors

· Research existing and new material technology to determine practical applications, strength and durability expectations and cost-benefits information, and prepare material recommendations for current and future projects

· Create and present structural overviews for upcoming projects, and develop reports that include technical details for engineers as well as big-picture analysis and cost estimates for project managers and senior executives

· Use AutoCAD and other drafting software programs to create 2D design documents and 3D models for individual components and overall structural plans according to client needs and project requirements for deliverables

· Prepare documentation for private and government clients covering project plans and progress, change orders, environmental impact findings, ownership transfers and other relevant information

Commissioning Engineer

$4500 to $6500 (Monthly)

Title: Commissioning Engineer


· Reviews contractual documentation.

· Reviews engineering documents to insure that the commissioning & startup requirements are accounted for in the design.

· Prepares and keeps up-to-date the pre-commissioning and commissioning execution plans (including the schedule and the mobilization of personnel and equipment).

· Supervises the preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures.

· Supervises the preparation of the performance test procedures and of the operating manuals with the process team. 6) Assists procurement group for the definition of vendor assistance.

· Assists subcontract group for the scope definition of work contractors.

· Manages the execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up.

· Prepares the commissioning progress reports to the project management and to the commissioning department.

· Coordinates assistance of the Vendor representatives.

· Supervises, if required, the performance tests.

· Assists the Project Manager in contacts with Client representatives for the handover of the plant.

· Ensures the preparation of final reports and certificates.

· 10 years of Experience in the Field of Mechanical and Rotating for the Offshore Facilities, OIL & Gas, Power Plant industry as Lead/supervisor

· Experience with functional testing such as: HVAC air and water distribution systems, air handling units, pumps, chillers, boilers, standby generators, Gas Compressors, Gas Generators, life boat and crane systems as well strong affinity with piping, valves corioles flow meters Fire water and FM200 systems.

· Demonstrate personal HSSE and excellent HSE behaviors at all times, and ensure that safety expectations are communicated and maintained

· Competent/good written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with the project Commissioning Team as well Client representatives.

. Experiences with oil & gas , petrochemical and refineries plant construction is compulsory.

Contract Manager

$5000 to $6000 (Monthly)

1. Report to the Contracts Manager / Project Manager

2. The Contracts Engineer shall be responsible for the bid evaluation and the contracts administration of the project construction works and ensuring successful delivery of the project.

3. He/She is responsible for ensuring high quality documentation is carried out on time and on or under budget.

4. Draft tender documents, participate in the tendering process, bid evaluation and prepare bid evaluation reports with contracts award recommendations.

5. Provide inputs in the drafting of contract document and organize the signing of the contracts for the works.

6. Manage and evaluate claims by subcontractors and services

7. Monitor the overall financial and physical progress of awarded contract

8. Review requests for variation orders and negotiate with claimant

9. Manage variation or changed order claims with client

10. Prepare and submit periodic reports on contracts progress, including recommendations for delivery performance improvement

11. Establish and maintain a database on monthly payments from client and payments to the subcontractors to ensure proper cash flow projections.

12. Where necessary drafting of letter to client on issues, claims or extension of time for the project.

13. Prepare contracts status reports for client/stakeholders

14. Assist the Quantity Engineer in preparation of preliminary and estimated Bills of Quantities

15. Monitor and collect actual progress for site work and to ensure they are with compliance to the contract.

16. Any other assigned tasks by the reporting Supervisor.
