Project Manager

Job Description


Leadership



  • Ability in leading of Project Team to achieve      excellence in the project.

  • To command & manage changes within the project      team.

  • To motivate the team including sub-contractors to work cohesively      to achieve targets.

  • Solicits supports and input from team members at all      levels within the organization.


Responsibilities



  • Plan & Implement overall site organization &      resources.

  • To map out overall Master Programme.

  • To set project's target & in alignment to company's      objective/ goals.

  • To oversee the project team and sub contractors in      delivery of project in accordance to approved contract completion date/      stipulated phases.

  • To ensure quality delivery of the project by meeting of      Client's expectation and satisfying relevant authority and regulatory      compliances.

  • To approve short-term/phasing work schedule(s)      submitted by subordinates.

  • To liaise with Architect/Consultants in all aspects of      construction matters during the site progression phase.

  • Submit monthly report.

  • Submit variation order & EOT claim.

  • To resolve all site issues.


Project Budget Control



  • Plan and monitor preliminary cost budget to ensure      project cost within approved budget.

  • To map out Projected S-curve for project financial cash      flow.

  • To implement control measures on material / plant &      equipment / utilities usage.

  • Control of direct labour costs in labour allocation and      working of overtime & etc.


· Job Requirements



  • Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering

  • Diploma in Civil / Building

  • Min 5-8 years relevant experience.

  • Self-motivation

  • Computer skill- Using Microsoft Project, Excel, Word      & Power Point etc.

  • Safety certificate for project manager.

Project Engineer

Job Description



  • Responsible for all on-site      technical and engineering matters

  • Ensuring works carried out meet      company's quality standards &contractual requirements

  • Involved in project planning,      monitoring project progress and schedule

  • To co-ordinate with the client,      sub-contractors on all project aspects and need be, to provide all      technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.

  • Assisting Project Manager in      monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.

  • Ensuring supervisors &      foremen meets client &regulatory work requirements.

  • Ensuring Environmental, Safety      and Health practices are carried out at all times.


Job Requirements



  • Min 3 years in precast work      planning, coordination is a must.

  • Degree in Civil or Structural      Engineering recognized by Professional Engineers Board Singapore or      Building Construction Authority Singapore is a must.

  • Min 3-5 years of Civil      Engineering Experience

  • Required skill(s): Precast will      be preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft      Office

  • Organised, meticulous with      positive work attitude

  • Good interpersonal and analytical      skills

  • BCSS or equivalent

  • Able to start work on short      notice

Job Description



  • Review project specifications      and technical clarifications

  • Prepare method statements and      check drawing discrepancies

  • Carry out project planning,      design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and      documentation

  • Supervise the M & E works      and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and subcontractors      on technical matters

  • Review subcontractors M & E      shop drawings

  • liaise and coordinate with      client, authorities, consultants and M & E  subcontractors and      suppliers on the schedule of works and delivery of materials to meet with      the project requirements

  • Supervise and inspect all M      & E  works and coordinate with other trades subcontractors

  • Coordinate and arrange foe      testing and commissioning of M & E systems including the handover of      all warranties, operating and maintenance manuals etc.

  • Review and identity variations      and schedule of works related to M & E scope

  • Conduct and record the      coordination meeting with all M & E subcontractors

  • Well-versed in local      authorities regulations and requirements

  • Able to prepare, check and      coordinate the M & E combined services drawings


Job Requirements



  • Min Degree in Mechanical &      Electrical Engineering or its equivalent

  • At least 3 years relevant      working experience in local construction industry such as industrial,      residential and commercial building etc.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office      ( Word & Excel ) Microsoft project , AutoCAD and/or BIM.

Responsibilities:



  • Source,      select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality,      prices, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers and/ or      subcontractors

  • Coordinate      with various departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for      projects assigned.

  • Prepare      and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company      policies, procedures and specifications.

  • Manage      requestor’s requirements to ensure operational need such as goods and      service supply, track orders for timely delivery and quality of purchased      products

  • Maintain      complete updated purchasing records/ data and pricing in the system

  • Monitor      and coordinate deliveries of all items purchased to ensure that all items      and delivered to store/site on time.

  • Monitor      the stock balance.

  • Filling      and control all purchase files.

  • Liaising      and verifying with accounts department regarding invoices, price and      delivery acknowledgements.

  • Support      relevant departments with quotation for the purpose of tenders.


Requirements:



  • Candidate      must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional      Degree

  • At      least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is      required for this position.

  • Preferably      with working experience in Construction / industry area.

  • Preferably with speaking Mandarin (in order to liaise      with Mandarin speaking associates)

• Manage onboarding of employees and work pass application, renewal, and cancellations


• Maintain employment contracts and probation confirmations


• Query and question to MOM/BCA to keep abreast of current employment practices


• Manage payroll related matters for staff and workers


• Maintain accurate HR database, up-to-date employee records, and other employment related documentation


• Liaison with dormitory staff and maintaining dormitory records


• Maintain training matrix and record WP holder's experience

Requirements
