About the Job:


As a Technical Business Analyst in IBM, You will:



  • Have Stakeholder management & engagement: identify and solve issues raised

  • Requirements gathering: Identify and refine requirements in alignment to business priorities

  • Development: Data modelling, interface design, support post go-live, troubleshooting, bug fixing

  • Deployment: Development and deployment of enterprise modules, conduct training sessions

  • Testing: Conduct integration testing with external agencies and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with product owners and end users

As a SAP Payroll consultant in IBM, Your role will be:


· To provide SAP Payroll HR application maintenance support to IBM installed bases in the public sector healthcare


· To support the complex solution to ensure that all the public sector healthcare employees (>40K employees) are paid on time


· To liaise with IBM installed bases HR regarding payroll related incidents; analyse the issues and provide timely fixes


· To understand the installed bases new requirements, conduct impact analysis, develop solutions, and justify effort estimate

As a Cloud & Admin Engineer Consultant in IBM, You will:



  • Plan and execute development strategy, deployment and management of cloud and on-premise infrastructure solution

  • Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for delivering client's services and work with division's technical team to establish integrated platforms and service designs

  • Assist the Chief Designer in major design projects for the Public sector in stakeholder management & engagement: identify and solve issues raised.

  • Gather requirements, identify, and refine in alignment to business priorities

  • Have scrum experience: product backlog grooming, sprint backlog .

  • Prioritize, co-facilitate scrum ceremonies (e.g.: daily stand up and sprint review)

  • Work with the Product Owner to identify and write user stories.

  • Support developers & testers in elaborating user stories.

  • Facilitate establishing user acceptance criteria with business users.


About you:

  • Experience with Java and data integration-related work.

About the job:



  • Work along with the Project teams to onboard new squads in the DevOps environment

  • Guiding the continuous integration, continuous deployment and continuous testing

  • Work closely with the development team and operation team to create DevOps strategy and toolset that suits the individual squads
