Supply Chain Manager, APAC

$10000 to $13000 (Monthly)

The APAC Supply Chain Manager is responsible to drive Supply Chain excellence across the region by working collaboratively with key functional and business stakeholders on country, regional and global level. This position aligns country level S&OP processes and SC KPI to achieve regional visibility in order to drive regional decisions and support executing the regional business strategy.

The APAC Supply Chain Manager transfers best practices across the region and globally to APAC SC and coordinates the roll-out of global and regional supply chain programs in the countries.

As the Supply Chain Manager for APAC, your responsibilities would include :

Regional S&OP: Creating visibility of supply chain performance, achieving stakeholder alignment and driving decision making to support executing of growth agenda

  • Regional executive S&OP reviews: Align country level S&OP processes and create and lead executive regional S&OP reviews

  • KPI visibility: Consolidate country level and business unit level KPI to create visibility on SC performance on regional level

  • Inter-regional SC alignment: Coordinate communication between APAC country level supply chain teams and North America, EMEA and South America supply chain teams to drive cross-regional alignment and resolution of service issues and represent the APAC region in the global specialties S&OP process

  • Goal & LE planning: Consolidate third party and intercompany demand for APAC as part of the financial planning cycle, including Goal and LE processes.

Supply Chain Programs: Supporting global & regional SC program execution in countries

  • Plan-to-Deliver: Lead the functional implementation of the demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP functions of Project GPS utilizing JDA’s ‘Plan to Deliver’ solution.

  • Trade Compliance: Lead the implementation and compliance to the Trade Compliance Management System across APAC.

  • Risk Management: Lead the supply chain business continuity planning program for APAC to ensure contingency plans are in place for key products and customers.

Supply Chain Optimization: Establishing and executing programs across supply chain to drive short and long-term profitability

  • Network Optimization: Lead a review process for any proposed sourcing changes to understand the financial and supply chain impact and make recommendations to business leaders on the best course of action for the APAC business.

  • Best Practice Transfer: Share best practices on supply chain management and tools utilized in other regions with APAC colleagues and make recommendations how to leverage in the region.

  • Strategic Demand/Supply Planning: Consolidate and align country level strategic plan based long-term demand / supply scenarios to create visibility on regional level for future network adjustments and investments

  • Reporting: Identify ways to better utilize existing tools such as SAP and JDA to deliver more accurate, consistent, and automated supply chain reporting across the APAC region.

Collaborate with business, sales, and marketing teams across APAC and supply chain professionally globally to ensure up to date information is utilized throughout the S&OP process and any changes that are significant are proactively communicated.

Communicate supply chain KPI performance and key areas needed for improvement to drive meaningful action items to improve customer experience as well as business performance.

The Supply Chain Manager,APAC position is well-suited for you if you have:

  • 10 years of supply chain management experience preferably in planning and logistics.

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

  • SAP/ERP and JDA knowledge desired

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Previous S&OP leadership experience required

  • Ability to communicate effectively functionally and geographically

  • Proficient in providing reasoned and logical data analysis, LSS training a plus

  • Experience mapping and redesigning business processes

  • Ability to interact with senior management within the Asia-Pacific region

  • Demonstrates understanding of the role of manufacturing in the business and is able to align projects to the business objectives and priorities

  • Translate actionable objectives into clear actions to enable delivery

  • Explore multiple possibilities for tackling challenges and gains input from colleagues before making recommendations on specific implementation plans.

HR Associate

$2500 to $4000 (Monthly)

As a HR Associate, the responsibilities include:

  • HR Operations, Analytics and Reporting

    • Deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly HR KPI reports

    • Support ad-hoc data request or analytics

    • Prepare reports for HR processes ie. goal setting, mid-year review, year-end review, calibration, talent review, diversity, equity and inclusion, etc

    • Proceed documents for approval, where applicable including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, talent review, recognition payments.

  • Talent Acquisition

o Manage the recruitment of SG Traineeship/SG interns

o Support recruitment administration activities, where applicable

  • Support the development and implementation of HR projects/programs

    • E-learning and Digitalization

    • Support design and launch of digital learning content

    • Employee Engagement programs i.e well-being programs, EHS activities

    • Quarterly communications

    • DEI programs/ employee events i.e year end dinner, etc

  • Support day to day activities for HR topics related to:

    • Rewards & Recognition

    • Talent Management

    • People Development

    • Employee Engagement

    • Employer Branding

    • Change management

    • Market Research, data analysis and reporting to for new initiative proposals

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Humanities or Communications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or relevant roles

  • Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability

  • Good understanding of overall HR process

  • Strong oral and written communication skills to solicit stakeholders’ input and clearly articulate progress

  • Proficient with use of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro and video creation apps

  • High proficiency using MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word). Familiar with key Excel formulas such as Pivot Table, Vlookup, etc

  • Ability to develop productive working relationships at different levels of the organization is required

  • Results driven to set, prioritize, and enable achievement of goals

  • Operating with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Experience with HR Reporting systems such as Workday are a plus
