Digital Marketing Manager

$4500 to $7000 (Monthly)

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital strategies, planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media, website and digital projects.

You will work closely with our graphic designers, marketers, sales and other internal stakeholders to bring to life our brand, services and product information, and other website/digital content.


  • Identify digital trends and tools to continually improve campaign performance.

  • Create and implement digital marketing plans and strategies.

  • Drive the development of mobile apps, marketing platforms, digital & online media and content; includes User Experience and User Interface.

  • Manage all digital platforms and execute day-to-day strategies across paid channels and owned channels, not limited to social media, website, email.

  • Create and develop lead generation campaigns/activities by leveraging analytics to optimize spend across demand generation platforms, ensuring campaign ROI.

  • Collect data and analyze the website performance through the marketing metrics.

  • Conceptualise and implement digital advertising and promotional activities for all events.

  • Manage the marketing database to allow better targeting of campaigns to the appropriate customer segmentation.

  • Plan and execute e-marketing product promotion campaigns.

  • Develop marketing assets through digital content creation and management.

  • Manage external suppliers and agency partners as necessary.

  • Provide mentor and support training to support the team.

  • Any other Marcom duties assigned.


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred

  • Strong background with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

  • Experience with WordPress is an advantage.

  • Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices. You are a problem solver with everything you develop to improve our site’s experience and drive action.

  • Personal interest in staying up-to-date on the latest trends, including agile methodology and emerging best practices in the UI community.

  • Experience with web analytics, and inbound marketing tactics.

  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through testing and optimization.

  • Knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates.

  • Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.

Content Marketing Manager

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of content strategy

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including tech bulletin, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, web copy and engaging content, infographics, etc.)

Server Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, install and configure internal and customer facing servers, network devices and firewalls.

  • Proactively manage and maintain server, network and firewall systems

  • Administer and support core Microsoft, Cisco, HyperV and VMware technologies

  • Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans

  • Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment

  • Define and document best practices and support procedures

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the delivery, maintenance and operations of ECM Document Systems.

The area of your responsibilities include:

  • Provide strategic guidance in implementing SharePoint Online solutions to our internal and offshore teams.

  • Gather customer requirements specific to SharePoint Online and other ECM systems.

  • Map internal and offshore teams’ business needs to the capabilities of SharePoint Online and other ECM systems

  • Identify and design areas in developing, test, and deploy SharePoint Online and other ECM solutions, configuration or customizations

  • Provide training to internal and offshore teams for SharePoint Online and other ECM solutions.

  • Coordinate, guide and support ServiceDesk.

  • Provide technical support for operations which include change management, problem management, configuration management, capacity management and disaster recovery.
