Director, Sales Excellence

$18000 to $20000 (Monthly)


We are currently looking for a passionate and innovative Senior Manager or a Director, Sales Excellence to join our sales leadership team. This position owns our selling strategy from training & enablement to culture development and alignment with Sales Operations.

The role reports into the Head of Sales, SVP and the Sales Operations Senior Director. In this role, you will directly impact sales productivity and exponential growth by building, delivering and optimizing both an impactful and memorable onboarding experience for all new sales hires as well as an ongoing training, coaching and development program for individual contributors and sales leadership.


Training & Enablement

  • Develop targeted programs that enable the sales team to increase their sales productivity, deals velocity, deals sizes and pipeline coverage. Such programs will include sales fundamentals, value-based selling, prospecting, pipeline generation and management, territory management

  • Develop baseline training to ensure a verifiable level of aptitude for all systems and product discussions and demonstrations.

  • Up level current on-boarding programs for all roles, and by role; and, simultaneously fold all technical roles (pre-sales, post-sales and partners) into a holistic on-boarding and continual-learning program

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing and Engineering to develop new and leverage existing content

  • Ability to aggressively push the boundaries of sales excellence to ensure program adoption from sales leadership to individual contributors.

  • Enable front line leaders with tools and skills required to build, develop, and manage teams capable of carrying out sales strategy, operations and excellence initiatives

  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes, evaluating new tools/apps, and providing easy access to information and resources needed to close sales

Culture Development

  • Build a culture of collaboration and mutual accountability amongst sales, demand generation, and product marketing .

  • Develop a coaching framework for individual contributors and sales leaders to address specific regional needs and foster a culture of continuous development and Sales Excellence.

Sales Operations Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales Operations to develop and document the end to end sales process

  • Lead operational and tactical efforts for sales leadership goal setting and tracking, cross-team weekly pipeline and monthly business reviews, administration, and team internal communication flows

  • Ensure the Intralinks process is trained through all levels and reinforced by front line leaders and during onboarding and ongoing training.

  • Design and ensure required sales dashboards reporting etc. are aligned with training and management requirements of the sales organization to promote cleaner, more actionable data.


  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 10 + years of experience in a Sales Enablement or Sales Excellence role with a global sales organization

  • Demonstrated depth of knowledge about sales methodology, strategic selling, and sales enablement

  • Experience rolling out sales methodologies, or other signification change management efforts, to a global sales organization

  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies

  • Ability to conduct a sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations

  • Proven ability of driving project from conception, to start to finish, not just execute on existing plan

  • Experience supporting and coaching sales leaders in SaaS organization

  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability

  • Strong collaborator and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Sales Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, motivated and pro-active individual to be part of the team that continues to expand our market share as the leading virtual data room provider. The Sales Associate will support their designated team generally with both administrative and client facing duties. They will be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus based on achievement of personal objectives.

Training and guidance/coaching by the more experienced members of the team will be provided. The job holder is expected to show initiative and to take independent responsibility for their duties, learning from more experienced members of the team.

This is a fast paced team with a high volume of transactional business at established accounts where we hold a number one market share position. Intralinks is utilized as a cloud content management tool in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, corporate restructuring, and other strategic transactions.

About the Team

The Singapore sales organization builds relationships and business in the high-growth SaaS space in markets with a heavy concentration of investment bankers, law firms, and private equity professionals involved in mergers and acquisitions. This is a collaborative, dynamic team of sales professionals working out of our offices and in the field. The company is a sales-driven organization providing the tools, training, and internal resources to support success.

The SEA team is broken into territories and covers the geographic territory with additional business development supported by the Sales Team located in Singapore.


· Prospecting and research activities in support of designated team.

· Researches and reports on general market trends and activity within current and target client accounts

· Assists team members in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

· Assists team in creating and maintaining forecasting data on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

· Supports other members of the team in achieving performance goals associated with quota achievement and sales activity.

· Assists team members in meeting client requests, demonstrations, preparation for client meetings, literature requests and general customer facing support. Accompany Account Executives on client meetings

· Compile and distribute client proposals

· Coordinate with Legal regarding contract proposals, extensions, and amendments creation and processing

· Coordinate resolution of credits and billing issues with Finance

· May assist in Marketing and local events

· Learns relevant product and technical knowledge, both Intralinks and competitors.

· Develops a good understanding of, to become proficient in CRM use.

· Undertakes general support and administrative duties as required.

Essential Qualifications

· Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience required.

· 12 to 24 months general business experience.

· Professional personal presentation.

· Demonstrates personal confidence and resilience.

· Passion in desire to build a career in sales.

· Solid skills with MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel

· Familiar with up to date prospecting and research techniques.

· Some experience in conducting prospecting (cold calls) and research calls. Able to ask basic discovery questions.

· Good levels of responsiveness and customer awareness.

· Good personal organization and discipline. Good follow through.

· Can manage a basic data base.

· Quick learner and demonstrates willingness to learn from others.

· Can articulate ideas and arguments clearly and concisely. Able to communicate clearly.

· Basic understanding of Social Selling techniques. Maintains and utilizes for business purposes Twitter or LinkedIn profiles.

· Comfortable with working in a team environment. Maintains positive approach.

· Professional competency in English and Vietnamese. Mandarin will be a bonus.
