The ideal candidate will be doing On-site support & help build, maintain, and troubleshoot, the company's rapidly expanding infrastructure. They will work alongside other engineers to ensure highest levels of performance and ability, and manage any problems that arise.

Enterprise real time communications solutions comprises instant messaging, voice (including IP telephony), Omni-Channel, data sharing, mobile connectivity, and web & video conferencing. Non-real-time communication services include voicemail, e-mail, SMS and fax.
Responsibilities

Provide pre/post sales support on IT network related installation setup

Support all IT related matters in hosted Data Center for UC application

Attend to any ad-hoc duties or project assigned

Knowledge in IT Networking & Network infrastructure

Hands on experience in VOIP product intergration will be added advantage
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience in configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting systems

Strong scripting and technical skills
