HR Executive

$2500 to $3000 (Monthly)

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment

  • Verify site timesheets & OT hours

  • Handle onboarding & transfer administration for all staff movements (e.g. new hires, promotions, transfers, re-designation, resignations/terminations etc.)

  • Handle and administer employee’s compensation & benefits

  • Monitor, upkeep and ensure security and accuracy of employees records and documents in HRIS and physical employee personnel files

  • Maintain and update employee handbook, guidelines, policies and process flows.

  • Plan, organize and make arrangements for company events and employee welfare measures such as arrangement of hamper, condolences

  • Participate and contribute towards implementation of HR projects, strategies and initiatives, e.g. HR policies documentation, processes automation and implementation/roll-out of new HR Systems or Initiatives

  • Prepare staff letters/documentation and proposal letters to clients

  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements :

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.

  • Knowledge of employment laws, e.g. Employment Act, Work Injury Compensation Act, etc.

  • Good communication skills to coordinate between HR and other departments

  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook 365.

  • Highly motivated and takes initiative to take up new challenges

  • Friendly, flexible and confident disposition, interactive and quick thinking

  • Team player who works well in a team

  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Comfortable to work in a fast pace environment

Resident Engineer (tunnel)

$9000 to $10000 (Monthly)

  • Project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.

  • To be overall in charge of the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s)

  • To provide administrative control on the site staff, instill and maintain discipline, punctuality, keep daily records of staff attendance, keep records and process the staff leave entitlement, sick leave, in-camp training and other matter concerning the site staff administrative matters, discipline and welfare.

  • To oversee in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting record.

  • To provide full support and assistance, as and when directed by the Superintending Officer.

  • To check and assess temporary works by the Contractor to ensure that the works are safe and in compliance with all relevant Regulations.

  • To ensure that Contractor’s working procedure comply with the agreed method statement and relevant workplace safety and health regulations and to direct modification to the procedure, if necessary, to comply with agreed method and safety and health regulations.

  • To inspect completed work and prepare defects list if necessary.


  • Degree in Civil and Structural engineering

  • At least 4 years of civil engineering, of which 2 years experience either in supervising geotechnical, viaduct construction and deep excavation works.

  • Shall have experience in supervision of pipe roofing using Microtunnel Boring Machine (MTBM) or underground mining.

  • Possess a valid RE (Tunnel) Cert 2021 accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore
