Assistant Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Create and execute marketing plans and campaigns that creatively advance reputation and business objectives to achieve business goals and targets.

  • Develop marketing strategies that resonate with key markets / target audience to deliver brand awareness campaigns, tactical campaigns, brand amplification, loyalty program support

  • Execute communications management across all hotel platforms and channels including websites, social media platforms, review sites, etc.

  • Develop engaging and impactful content for website, social media, and other digital marketing channels that reflect our brands’ voice

  • Maximizes the marketing budget including advertising, activations, sponsorships, partnerships, asset creation including photography, printed collaterals and giveaway premiums in line with the hotels’ goals and objectives.

  • Builds and maintains relationships with key local decision makes and local community to promote positive sentiment and publicity of the hotel.

  • Develops lifestyle publicity outreach program to maintain effective media coverage of business / function in local and key markets through distribution of press releases and newsworthy articles, media and influencer hosting programs and engagement.

  • Initiates, identifies and reviews lifestyle partnership and sponsorship opportunities in line with regional and family goals and objectives

  • Actively supports business / function related programs including training and CSR

  • Identify and execute social media strategies aligning with regional marketing/area/brand as needed to increase engagement and positive sentiment in local and key markets.




EXPERIENCE



  • More than 5 years of marketing experience

  • Strong written, oral and creative communication skills

  • Have expertise with developing social media strategies and content creation

  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask effectively

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Familiar with Lifestyle landscape and industry players
