Get Juiced developed a modern and ambitious solution. The bar is fully cashless and queueless ! All you have to do is to install the Get Juiced app on your phone and you’ll be able to place your order. The app will let you know when your drink is ready for pick up at the bar.


Get Juiced spans over 8,000 square feet in Clarke Quay. Get Juiced features a bar, a hip-hop club, a chill lounge, and an Electronic club.


After its grand opening last year, Get Juiced, Singapore’s first cashless and queue-less bar, has successfully proven that there is a viable business model in reducing costs associated with labor and passing on the savings to their customers. The venue hosts DJs and party playlists consisting of a plethora of genres from hip-hop to chill lounge, as well as electronic party bootlegs and anthems.

We are looking for a Manager, Business Development to join our team. This role will identify and secure new business opportunities as well as lead relationship development for key clients (eg. Corporate MNCs, Recruitment Agencies).

This role will require you to be both data and relationship-driven, with strong business acumen to understand clients’ needs and to identify key value propositions.

Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain a pipeline of new business through proactive outreach, managing high volume of cold leads and targeted account mappings

· Ability to navigate large corporate organizations, network, and sell within varied layers of an organization

· Identify upsell opportunities within the existing client base and explore new revenue conversations on new and existing products and services.

· Create strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior leaders

· Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Tech

Candidate Profile:

· Highly customer-focused individual with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with proven sales track record

· Existing Relationship / Network with Enterprises / Agencies a plus

CRITERIA FOR THE PROGRAM:

  1. The Spark program is only open to Singaporeans and permanent residents.
  2. You have to be able to commit full-time for the program (12 weeks).
  3. Open to first time entrepreneurs OR former/current startup founders whose businesses are no longer revenue generating and active.
  4. Fresh graduates or students in your final year of studies are welcome to apply.


DETAILS OF THE PROGRAM:

  1. Spark program participants will receive a monthly grant of $1,500 over the duration of the program. 
  2. You will be introduced to the hands-on approach to starting your own business and coaching from our experienced mentors. 
  3. After the Spark program, Antler may choose to do one or more of the following: 1) Support you in your application for the Startup SG Founder Grant as an accredited mentor partner (AMP), 2) invite you to join our flagship Antler Program or 3) continue to collaborate with you throughout your startup journey.
