About the role:




Perform water/non water (organic) analysis on samples from both internal and external customers, and prepare laboratory report to Operation teams of the businesses in Singapore market and external customers.




1) Analyse daily samples from both internal and external customers as per their requests.


2) Input test data in system for proper documentation and to ensure that results can be easily traced.


3) Calibrate laboratory instruments and equipments to ensure accuracy of results and maintain good conditions


4) Prepare reagents and standards as required for testing and update SDS


5) Maintain good housekeeping for a better workplace environment and assure safety, including proper waste disposal & keeping of stock inventory.


6) Follow ISO17205 requirement to carry out daily lab activities including testing, equipment calibration and maintanance, reporting, documentation, and quality management etc.




About you:



  • Diploma in science or engineering.

Operations Technician (Water Plant)

About the role:


· To monitor feed water quality, process conditions eg MF/RO and MF/RO filtrate qualities , adjust process parameters accordingly to produce on-spec water as designed and safely;


· To plan and conduct EFM or CIP for MF/RO membranes regularly;


· To trouble-shoot plant problems in time;


· To optimize and run plant efficiently;


· To coordinate and conduct regular water test;


· To plan and coordinate plant preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance; and do first line maintenance jobs;


· To plan and coordinate spares and chemical purchasing/delivery;


· To prepare monthly O&M report;


· To supervise the assembly of the water and wastewater plant and equipment and sub systems including the UF and RO membranes skids at the supplier’s workshop.


· To ensure the assembled systems are mechanically complete prior to transportation to the project site.


· To supervise the simulation testing of the equipment and sub systems at the suppliers workshop.


· To supervise the assembly and installation of the equipment and sub systems at the project site.


· To ensure all the assembly / installation works being carried out at site are conducted in a safe and reliable manner within the HSSE guidelines provided by the Owner / Customer and company.


· To assist in achieving mechanical completion for the equipment and sub system assemblies for the plant prior to testing and commissioning.


· To coordinate with various contractors / sub contractors and customer’s liaising offices for various administrative works like permitting etc.




About you:



  • Minimum NITEC in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.

  • Minimum 3-5 years including but not limited to the requirements as follows:



  1. Operation and Maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants specifically the biological treatment with MBR, MBBR and Conventional Extended Aeration processes.

  2. Operation (startup/stop or adjustment) and Maintenance of wastewater recycle/reuse plants incorporating the Ultra / Micro Filtration and Reverse Osmosis based membranes systems.

  3. Well conversant with the various cleaning processes for membrane systems like Clean In Place with chemicals, backflush and chemical enhanced backwash etc.

  4. Familiar with handling various chemicals used in the normal operations and cleaning regimes for water wastewater treatment and membrane systems

  5. Well conversant with the operation of the plants in Manual/ Semi Auto / Fully Auto modes through PLC based control systems

  6. Familiar the functioning of various process analyzers and instrumentation in the plants.

  7. Experience in installation / testing and commissioning of the wastewater treatment and recycle reuse plants will be added advantage.

  8. Familiar with HSSE requirements and permit to work system;

About the role:




Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the EFW/ WCB instrumentation system and equipment




Responsibilities:


• Performing scheduled maintenance (Preventive/Predictive Maintenance) programs and corrective maintenance (CM) of all the analyzer and instruments in the plant and prepare reports

• Calibrating analyzer, instruments, components, CEMS and systems.

• Installing, configuring, calibrating and maintaining control, measurement and indicating instrumentation (pneumatic, analog & digital).

• Installing and terminating pneumatic and fluid connections.

• Inspecting and testing the operation of instruments and systems to diagnose faults

• Removing, repairing, adjusting and replacing components of control valve & actuators, positioner, transmitters and switches

• Maintaining backup and revision documentation for control systems and instrumentation.

• Coordination with 3rd party vendors for maintenance work and spare parts ordering

• Raising and closing permits in CMMS/ SAP system for maintenance work

About the role:

Main tasks and responsibilities:

About the role:


This role requires the incumbent to collaborates with the Commercial/Project team, Engineering, QA, Procurement and other internal and external stakeholders, to propose order execution plans and deliver products and services that meets contractual requirements on time and within planned budget as well as sin compliance to our quality management systems.


This role is critical to maintain on-time delivery targets for the Global Products and make parts for all the respective sister companies and Project organization.


Execution



  • Execute deliveries to Commercial team at tender stage, but with focus to meet customer requirements and win orders and highlight risks involved and mitigations where possible.
