Product Analyst
KKT TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.

Holmusk is a data science and digital health company focused on improving tailored interventions in healthcare. We are looking for a motivated product analyst to join our team. This person will be primarily tasked with supporting the product management team.


The successful candidate will join a diverse team that is dedicated to the pursuit of our mission to leverage analytic and digital tools to address the unmet need in healthcare pharma-life science.




Our mission at Holmusk is to transform healthcare by establishing objective evidence as a core utility to the treatment of mental health and chronic diseases. Our proprietary technology powers data-driven medicine that leverages real-world data to inform new treatments for mental health and chronic diseases.




Responsibilities



  • Work closely with product managers and product team members in ensuring the success of our products.

  • Carry out competitor, market and industry analysis per requirements

  • Perform in-depth research on product features, products, use cases and workflows as required

  • Create and support user and market feedback activities including creating questionnaires, conducting interviews and surveys, and consolidating insights from such activities

  • Define and write detailed product features requirements within context provided

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project and product documentation

  • Help in process improvement and elaboration and writing of standard operating procedures

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery of tasks and projects

  • Note: This role will require to collaborate with stakeholders in multiple time zones from US to Europe to Singapore.


Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience in a product analyst role or similar

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Self-starter with a creative mindset and an attention to detail

  • Positive and solution-driven attitude

  • Excellent team player and collaborator

  • Driven mindset with an ability to get things done on-time

  • Multitasker with proven ability to keep multiple tasks organised and on track

Customer Success Manager

outcomes in behavioural health & chronic diseases. We focus on delivering tailored interventions in healthcare by building digital tools and harnessing the insights from real-world data.


We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is excited about making an impact in behavioural health through Digital Health. This is a unique opportunity to promote our new digital healthcare product in the B2B corporate market. The CSM role is an intersection of sales, customer service, and UX, with the objective to enhance customer experience as part of the key value offering. You will be either based in Singapore or working remotely with a team based in Singapore.


What You'll Do



  • Onboarding: Enable successful roll-out of our product to customer employees, including driving onboarding sessions and enhancing relevant creative marketing assets

  • Adoption: Share customers about their adoption trends, workforce analysis & insights, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement

  • Product Usage: Drive user product adoption by monitoring usage and enhancing user marketing & communication touchpoints

  • Retention: Support partnership sales to drive retention and growth among our customers by understanding their business needs and communicating ROI for our clients

  • Expansion: support opportunities for further product growth through pilot customers, renewals, and business development opportunities

  • Product Feedback: Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales operation process and product roadmap

  • Internal process: Design internal processes for effective and efficient account management & customer success operation


What we are looking for:


Experience



  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and customer centric approach

  • 6-7 years of experience in B2B client facing roles – customer success, account management, management consulting, etc.

  • Related work experience within a complex, large organizations and preferably with HR teams

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)

  • Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to drive product engagement and renewals, and mitigate churn


Skills & Qualifications



  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required

  • Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • Comfort in a startup environment we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment

Project Coordinator

Holmusk is a data science and digital health company focused on improving tailored interventions in healthcare. We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. This person will be part of our main office in Singapore.




The successful candidate will join a diverse team that is dedicated to the pursuit of our mission to leverage analytic and digital tools to address the unmet need in healthcare pharma-life science.

Responsibilities



  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects

  • Ensure streamlined communication with a distributed network of internal and external stakeholders, including onsite and offsite teams

  • Handle multiple simultaneous projects of extremely varied scope

  • Ensure that multiple projects and tasks are delivered on-time

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

  • Develop, monitor and update written processes to improve overall efficiency

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  • Support product management team in various activities

  • Important: This role will require to organise and participate in meetings that are outside regular work hours in order to cover communication needs with stakeholders in multiple time zones from US to Europe to Singapore.


Qualifications



  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as project coordinator or manager.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
