Human Resource Business Partner

We are hiring a highly qualified HR Business Partner who will work closely with business / functional leaders to provide thoughtful and relevant HR solutions based on a deep understanding of the market, business and HR methodology, to shape business transformation, build organizational capability, leadership strength and performance culture.




Responsibilities


· Partner with the assigned functional leaders and develop a deep understanding of business strategic goals and from that provide strategic business partnership & coaching to managers and leaders

Senior Facilities Technician
LAZADA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

$3000 to $4500 (Monthly)

Responsibilities:



  • Daily and Weekly Work Planning and Duty Roster

  • Manage day-to-day functions of facility technicians and gather feedback and observations from routine inspections

  • Guide and monitor Facility Technicians whenever help is needed to resolve facility / building issues while ensuring Workplace Safety

  • Escalate any findings that may need urgent attention

  • Prepare the maintenance schedule and arrange contractors for servicing

  • To ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are duly carried out to ensure facilities and Fire Safety Equipment are in good working conditions

  • To maintain and schedule the periodic maintenance and servicing for Ammonia and Freon Plants compressors, pumps and all equipment

  • To maintain Chiller plants and monitor the plant efficiency. Including Cooling Tower, Condenser pump and AHUs

  • Hands on Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary and Plumbing works as needed to support Technicians

  • Track MHE repair and maintenance dates and services provided

  • Attend to Facility Management issues at crossdocks as needed or to facilitate maintenance and repair works

  • Support Emergency Response Plan

  • Participate in investigation and fact-finding

  • Coordinate with Safety/Security Team and landlord to verify Building/Fire Alarms and record events

  • Liaise with maintenance partners for day-to-day maintenance operations

  • To plan, coordinate and execute rectification works to perform general maintenance work within the Facility, supervising vendors in the performance of general electrical works, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment to verify or certify the job done

  • Monitor Service Requests raised in Maximo System and liaise with end users to verify requirements

  • Attend end-user feedbacks / complaints and then assist to rectify all those feedbacks

  • Support action plans and execute ground work with Technician assigned

  • Ensure all service requests are registered through Maximo system and actions taken documented for record

  • Understand service requests and feedback recurring issues and suggest improvements




Requirements:



  • Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma from Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering or related disciplines (candidates without a minimum Nitec Certification but with relevant working experience may be considered too)

  • At least 5 years of technical experience in manufacturing or automated warehousing preferred

  • Supervisory and Leadership experience preferred but not required

  • Strong understanding and application of safe work practices

  • Able to utilize MS Office Applications for monitoring and reports

  • Experience with using Asset Management System and Scada System an advantage

  • Ability to speak, read and write in English

Senior Analyst/Associate, Systems Support Engineering
LAZADA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

$3000 to $5500 (Monthly)

This position will be responsible for managing and monitoring system integrations surrounding the core Warehouse Management System. He/she will be required to configure, test and maintain the Warehouse Management System application software and occasionally assist database administrator in recognizing application and performance issue. On the application layer, he/she will have to diagnose, address and escalate issues. He/she will also be required to utilize, design and maintain reporting tools or dashboards to ensure uninterrupted fulfilment operations.




Responsibilities:



  • Provide 24/7 technical services to Redmart including but not limited to application development including system analysis and design, programming, application testing, implementation, technical application support and programming using MS SQL

  • Setup processes and KPI’s for application support

  • Be responsible for maintaining and improving existing technologies and building new technologies for the fulfilment centre, such as implementation of WMS, application and database servers, RF guns, reports, shipping labels, printers, automation solutions, etc

  • Provide ad-hoc support to other departments such as creating reports, verifying items, enhancing standard operating processes in the fulfilment centre

  • Providing application configuration and maintenance on operations facing systems, by becoming an expert on the use of all aspects of the systems

  • Delivering support to users and investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies and queries

  • Working with the Operations Team in identifying and proposing application system changes, better uses, enhancements and developments and liaising with appropriate vendors, users and the IT Team

  • Monitor progress of requests for support and ensure users and other interested parties are kept informed

  • Provide correct responses to requests for support by means of for example: making modifications to system parameters, developing work-around or site-specific enhancements, reconfiguring systems, changing operating procedures, training users or operations staff, producing additional documentation, or escalating requests to software suppliers. Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures

  • Liaise with software suppliers on the development of system enhancements to overcome known problems or further fulfil user requirements
