Job Description


Job Description & Requirements



  • Overall-in-charge of the operations of projects/maintenance term contracts undertaken by the Company.

  • Build and maintain an effective operations team.

  • Responsible in exploring, studying, pricing and tendering of future project/maintenance term contracts to be undertaken by the company.

  • Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.

  • Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results in measurements; allocating resources; reviewing process; making mid-course corrections.

  • Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.

  • Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.

  • Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.

  • Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.

  • Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.

  • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.

  • Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.

  • Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.

  • Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.

  • Any other duties in relation to the Company to be assigned from time to time.

  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


Required Skill(s): - -


- AutoCAD, building management, ms office


-Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.


- Possess good management and supervisory skills


- Good communication and organizational skills


- Proven track record in the Construction industry


- Computer literate

M&E Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities:



  • Fully responsible for the smooth operations of the whole contract work

  • Supervise the construction of works in accordance with the project plan

  • Co-ordinate layout plan, detailed drawings and M&E plan and prepare time schedule

  • Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of work to kick off projects

  • Work closely with customers; co-ordinate with internal staff; manage sub-contractors; determine material type and quantities

  • Work closely with Operations Director to manage project profit margin by carrying out price comparisons and managing operating costs

  • Supervise, control and coordinate work according to the project plan to ensure timely completion and high-quality work.

  • Conduct frequent sites inspections and meetings to ensure high-quality work by sub-contractors and on-time delivery of materials in accordance with the schedule

  • Enforce site safety procedures, identify and manage risks arising from the workplace or work process.


Responsibilities:



  • Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering / Building services /construction-related field

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in building services / A&A works

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details

  • Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility

  • Able to handle projects independently and communicate well

  • Possesses contacts with Singapore-based consultants, suppliers & contractors – an added advantage

  • Possesses Singapore LEW license – an added advantage

Project Manager

Job Objectives/Job Summary:


As a Project Manager, he/she is expected to provide project management support and related duties on liaison with stakeholders, authorities, project consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure timely and satisfactory execution of the assigned development projects.




Responsibilities/Duties:


· Provide technical/ operational support to property management team.


· Liaise with all relevant authorities for approval of projects, managing tender and award processes, as well as construction and contract administration.


· Recommend, plan and oversee the maintenance and improvements of properties.


· Monitor and control project activities, schedule and costs.


· Prepare and arrange for handing over units to the purchasers.


· Liaison with contractors and ensure defects submitted by purchasers are rectified timely.


· Carry out inspection with purchasers on defects submissions and complains.


· Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.


· Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.


· Ad hoc assignments.




Job Specifications/Requirements:


a) Qualifications


· Diploma/Degree in Project/Property Management or equivalent.




b) Experience


· 5 years (Diploma)/ 3 years (Degree) of relevant working experience in A&A works or Term/Maintenance contracts




c) Skills & Knowledge


· Familiar with statutory submission requirements and procedures.


· Good understanding of building design and detailing.


· Good communication skills in both written and verbal and networking skills.


· Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines.


· High level of problem-solving skills.


· Conversant in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.




d) Personal Qualities


· Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with different departments.


· Good with numbers and have good presentation skills.


· Possess excellent business acumen and good business network.
