Senior Process Engineer

$5000 to $8000 (Monthly)

- Perform process reviews, technical feasibility studies, process data analysis and provide technical support for continuous plant operation

- Technical ownership for the assigned plant area including monitoring of performance, reliability, efficiency

- Advice operation team on operating parameters for the optimized operating mode for the plant considering the plant constraints, sustainability of operation and demand

- Taking leadership in troubleshooting of plant issues related to equipment and process; Work closely with the maintenance and operation team to improve the plant availability

- Provide the required technical support as technical lead in the plant reliability and productivity improvement projects

- Propose and undertake continuous improvement projects to improve productivity, energy efficiency and reliability

- Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university ideally in Chemical Engineering or related discipline with minimum 5 years of process engineering, plant operation and commissioning experience in Industrial Gas plants and/or in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical/ Refinery /Pharma and related plants

Contract Planning Engineer

$4000 to $5500 (Monthly)

- Plan major Jobs with assistance and direction of Maintenance team and develop critical path if required

- Provides a complete package for successful execution of maintenance work at minimum cost

- Physically check Job site to determine a specific job requirement

- Create scope of work, estimate and plan craft hours and crew for each job step

- Estimate accurately the cost of work orders and monthly cost reporting

- Identify materials required from manual

- Should have excellent working skill in SAP & Keep track of spares & materials and follow up them

- Work with area/Job in charge and materials unit to maintain safety stock for critical materials

- Maintain right status of work orders, update maintenance orders status as jobs are workable or unworkable, percentage completion, estimated completion date

- Establish unit ranking based on priority of job in case multiple job request in being raised.

Operations Manager, Electronics

o Ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations of the Small Onsite plants at electronics customer sites.

o Recruit, develop and maintain well-trained team of technicians with robust training & qualification program. Implement cross training to ensure staff are trained and qualified to perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner for SOS, Bulk Gas Delivery & TGM busines at existing and future electronics customers

o Establish clear procedures, training plan and develop competency of the technician team

o Deliver against critical KPIs of reliability, efficiency, productivity, product availability in support of sales and drive for profitable improvements

o Accountable for driving operational transformation, focussing on operational efficiency improvement utilizing operation excellence tools (e.g. 6 sigma and Lean Manufacturing).

o Work alongside with existing multi-functional team in Jurong Island within Onsite Operations, Technical Services, Maintenance, Engineering and Project Team as part of overall Operations of Singapore Small Onsite Plants at Electronics Customers

o Provide technical inputs as Project Operations Lead (POL) for commercializing existing investments and for future business growth and investments in electronics industry in Singapore

o Review existing product quality procedures across all products (bulk & ESG) and lead changes needed in the lab procedures, investments needed, competencies to acquire for exceed customer expectations

Business Development Manager, Electronics Specialty Gas

The purpose of this role is to propel profitable growth of electronics specialty gases (ESG) revenue for Linde Gas Singapore by developing new customer accounts and product sales as well as to increase sales with existing customers.


o Develop strategies adapted to changing market conditions to grow the ESG revenue and profit for country.

o Grow the revenue with existing customers with new products and services leveraging on relationships with existing customers. Identify potential customers in the electronics segment and complete research on their production process and application needs and position Linde’s offerings.

o Having in-depth knowledge of products value proposition. Becomes a subject expert in our products, processes and operations, and remain up to date to industry news.
