Job Description




Foreign Worker Administration:


· Apply, renew, and cancel work pass for foreign workers and update changes in personal particulars and address of foreign workers via MOM


· Update work permit renew/expiry in the HR system


· Monitoring movement of passport for foreign workers


· Purchasing of air tickets when repatriating foreign workers


· Update the movement of foreign workers list for the various sites


· Update the changes in foreign worker accommodation leased by the company in the system and relevant shared folder timely and ensure accuracies


· Ensure officer-in-charge check the accommodation of the foreign workers and submit the monthly checklist and highlight any non-compliance




Payroll:


· Assist in processing of payroll for assigned division




General HR Administration:


· Assist in filing and scanning of employment contracts for HR department


· Retrieve resigned employees records for filing


· Assist in data entry of new hires in HR System


· Provide support for call answering


· Provide HR administrative support


· Collection, sorting, and distribution of incoming mails and posting of outgoing mails


· Any other duties as assigned




Requirement


· Minimum Diploma or relevant certification


· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience


· Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel with an eye for details


· Independent and meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility


· Good working attitude and follow-up skills


· Strong communication skill
