In this role, a security incident coordinator receives, coordinates and manages security incidents for the organization. Responsible for the actions of other IR Incident Response team members, disseminating information as necessary and facilitating the engagement of other security resources as needed. Team member will provide status updates to management as needed. Team member has cyber security experience, hands-on technical skills on Windows, Linux and Network security, along with experience in identifying live intrusions and triage security events in real-time. Project management, and 24x7 operational support experience is required.

Senior PMO Analyst (Financial Management) – 12 months contract
MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD

Responsibilities:



  • Assist PM to Initiate new project. Track and monitor actual spending of project budget (within pre-designated categories like Software, Hardware, PS, Travel, Expenses, etc; and according to the correct accounting treatment CAPEX / OPEX)

  • Forecast invoice processing based on work to be delivered (like agreed payment milestones, project phasing)

  • Work with central PMO team to accrue expenses for work delivered

  • Validate actual against forecast, and carry out corrective actions if required to ensure proper financial discipline

  • Monitor and enforce proper timesheet clocking to the project

  • Monitor and enforce proper timesheet contractor’s recharge to the project

  • Ensure timely and proper issuance of purchase orders and processing of invoices, liaising with vendors whenever necessary

  • Administer expense claims related to projects, to ensure there is proper documentation, alignment to Bank policy and sufficiency of budget

  • Provide relevant information for monthly initiative reporting to the Council/Forum

  • Work with relevant units for financial closure of project (re-tag assets, budget transfers, change contract ownership)

  • Submit project contracts for review and lodgment via the Central VMO portal

  • Raise purchase requests through Procurement System

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to the Central Resource Database

Required Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or in any related majors

Job Summary

  • Good understanding of instrumentation and PLC / SCADA / DCS based control system

  • Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) – SAP would be ideal

  • Good automation trouble shooting, problem solving and technical report writing skills.

  • Practical knowledge of lean principles in manufacturing would be ideal
