Your background


• 5+ years of experience in an operations role, ideally a client facing role. Knowledge of the prime brokerage operations support, with a clear understanding of Global Markets Trade lifecycle.

What you can expect


A role exists for a highly motivated, industry established, senior professional within the Client Services Operations Team, who is looking to further expand an already successful career in the field of Prime Brokerage.




The department has a Market Operation which comprises of Client Services specialist covering, Prime Brokerage, OCRM, FX prime Brokerage, GCAS and Futures & Options and OTC Clearing. This structure is replicated regionally in US and EMEA, covering global and key regional client relationships.




This role is with APAC Client Service group, as Prime Brokerage Client Service Team Member. The individual will have extensive interactions with the clients, external counterparties and internal teams like trading desks, sales and technology both locally and cross regional on regular basis.




What you will do


• Client Account Management supporting a portfolio of clients as primary coverage and face-off


• Client focused and engage in building and fostering good relationship with existing clients

Your background


The ideal candidate will be a motivated and adaptable individual with over 10 years of Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) experience, with an extensive background from large scale enterprise environments working within a “Follow-The-Sun” model (or equivalent). This candidate will have the ability to identify, analyse and present evidential data from a wide range of enterprise systems for a wide range of incident or investigative scenarios. As well as this, the ideal candidate will be able to draw upon their well-versed knowledge in computing and networking, together with information security technologies, techniques and processes.




In terms of qualifications and certifications, one of the below are an essential requirement:



  • Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate Degree in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security or Cyber/Digital Forensics related discipline; or

The Cyber Security Defense (CSD) team’s aim is to protect the bank and has an end to end view and influence over all security controls at the Bank. Digital Forensics (DF), which is part of CSD, is a reactive team that responds to events or incidents in order to identify and mitigate risk to the Bank. The Senior Application Manager will play a leadership role in the core banking application management and maintenance domain.
