ASEAN Finance Head

$6500 to $7500 (Monthly)

The ASEAN Finance Head has to manage 10 Asean countries’ finance and strategically partner with the business teams to drive strategy, growth and profitability for Midea Asean entity and build the brand in the region.


1. Support region GM to achieve business target and implement HQ strategy.

2. Overall responsibility for group finance management, including but not limited to below:

  • Set up KPI for countries

  • Analyze BU’s financial targets and help to manage the annual budgeting process

  • Track BU’s P&L results and operational management, and provide guidance to business teams for monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI achievement.

  • Analyze operational performance and drive for continuous improvements

  • Improve financial structure and prepare analysis of full cost, sales target, pricing, sales order and P&L management.

  • Review sales performance by product family and sales channel; perform gross margin analysis;

  • Competitors performance and market-share analysis as needed

  • Marketing investment and expenses analysis

  • Variance analysis on various financial and operational measurements, such as P&L, DIO, inventory turn, A/R, commissions and rebates;

  • Income statement Plan accuracy against Actual monthly analysis.

4. Collaborating with key business stakeholders to ensure understanding of strategic and operational requirements.

5. Providing leadership to finance team and drive overall team development


1. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 5 years of experience in an accounting manager or similar position

2. Strong cross-function collaboration skills with the ability to cooperate with different stakeholders within the group or portfolio companies.

3. Minimally a Bachelor's degree with a focus in business or economics or accounting certification (e.g., CPA) will be preferred

Finance Analyst

$5500 to $7500 (Monthly)


1. Analysis for Result and performance tracking for each Business units in the region and make variance analysis.

2. Overall Risk asset analysis and follow up action and progress on weekly base for all Business units in ASEAN.

3. Coordinate with international HQ for key projects management to Business units.

Job Responsibilities:

1. In charge of business units budgeting coordination, budget achievement analysis, forecast track and performance analysis, summarize issues and report, the BU covered about business performance on monthly/Quarter/yearly basis.

2. Monitor performance indicators in operation with BU in areas of AR, Inventory, expense and others risky exposure, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.

3. Manage and follow up key projects kick off by HQ/Regional for improvement purpose, make sure the continued development of those projects.

4. Implement and work with each BU for performance database in all areas on time and accurate, keep timely update for financial data.

5. Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis, base on financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely recommendation.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

3. Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.

Financial Management Specialist (Spanish Speaking)

$4000 to $5400 (Monthly)


a) Be responsible for the connection with business finance and Singapore sharing service positions.

b) Run the group accounting compliance inspection report to ensure that the accounting results meet the relevant regulatory requirements.

1. Accounting

Monitor the accounts receivable, the accounts of the goods issued, and supervise the operation and finance to follow up and clean up.

2. Compliance

a) Review the compliance system and compliance of documents related to common expenses, long-term deferred expenses, and asset purchases according to company standards;

b) Perform business financial verification, be responsible for the output of differences and track the handling of operating financial differences.

3. Bookkeeping

a) Check that the general ledger and subsidiary ledger are consistent.

b) Responsible for formulating annual subject clean-up plans and clean up regularly and irregularly.

c) Review the accuracy of the funds, receivables, income and other data imported into the ERP in the marketing system, and check the accuracy with the fund system and tax system.

4. Auditing

a) Responsible for leading and cooperating with internal and external audits, other external units and other related data provision.

b) Responsible for monthly and annual business processing such as income tax provision, profit carryover for the year, and surplus reserve provision;

5. Ad-hoc

a) Responsible for the review of personal loans and advance payments and the corresponding accounting treatment;

b) Responsible for the write-off processing of expense receivables and payables;

c) Check the consistency of internal transactions and internal transactions, and issue internal transactions and internal transaction statements.

d) Responsible for the accounting of equity business;

e) Prepare and publish accounting statements.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

2. Good command in multiple languages due to work requirement, candidate should possess at least Level C or above in the DELE test in Spanish.

Senior Executive, Human Resources

$3600 to $5000 (Monthly)

We are presently seeking a Senior Executive, HR, based at the Midea International Business’s ASEAN Regional Office in Singapore.

Reporting to the Head, HR & Operations, you will be fully responsible for supporting and establishing ASEAN Regional HR Business framework. The candidate should ideally have experience as a HR Generalist. This role will work closely with the HQ in China for campus recruitment and locally/ within ASEAN on cultural building and learning & development.

Campus & Talent Acquisition:

  • Responsible for the recruitment process for all vacancies at the Singapore platform;

  • Responsible for building and establishing employer branding at the tertiary institutions in Singapore;

  • Manage and organise recruitment talks and various exercises at the campuses, including internship sourcing and new hires;

  • Drive data analytics for workforce planning and headcount management;

  • Network with head hunting companies in the region;

  • All HR administrative work related to new hired – such as onboarding, work pass application, employee account creation via in-house HR system.

Culture / Learning & Development:

Know / Understand various HR policies and ensure implementation in each Business Unit (BU);

Act as a main communicator between the regional office and BU;

  • Roll out engagement survey to the BUs and ensure follow-up on action plans across the region;

  • Align internally to develop, communicate and implement culture plans across the region;

  • Work closely with the HQ in China and key BU leaders to identify talents and their development programs;

  • Support international job grade mapping framework in the ASEAN region;

  • Assist in creating a learning culture aligned to Midea culture;

  • Propose and implement Midea International Business’s training program in ASEAN, working closely with the HQ counterpart in China;

  • Be sensitive to organizational and personnel change information, updating any changes in the HR system.

Expatriate’s Employee Management:

  • Follow-up of expatriate employees on boarding process in each BU;

  • Work pass application matters (e.g. application, renewal, cancellation, etc.);

  • Expatriate Welfare arrangement such as gift box and etc.


  • Perform other duties and undertakes ad hoc projects as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimally a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience;

  • Experienced working in a matrix organization;
