Senior Compliance Officer
MOOLAHGO PTE. LTD.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Advisory



  • Provide AML compliance advisory support to management on AML/CFT rules and regulations, users, transactions as well as guidance on AML/CFT Framework


AML/CFT Framework



  • Monitor, track and ensure all AML relevant legislative and regulatory changes are duly considered and that the framework reflects required regulatory and internal standards


Periodic Reviews



  • Ensure that periodic reviews are appropriately triggered, and where appropriate approved or quality assured


Monitoring, Investigations and Suspicious Transactions Reporting



  • Undertake investigations into any suspicious transactions reported, regulatory requests and any other external triggers

  • Where a suspicion is formed, support the management in drafting the appropriate Suspicion Transaction Report


Sanctions Risk Management



  • Ensure up to date sanctioned countries / entities / individuals are updated in the framework and appropriate system controls


Projects



  • Act as Stakeholder in enhancements projects especially those that impact Operations and AML/CFT framework

  • Review and revise framework to cater to changes


Management Information Reporting



  • Provide management with sufficient, frequent and objective information to get an accurate picture of the ML risks that MoolahGo is exposed to, through its activities as well as the effectiveness and adequacy of controls and processes


Audits, Inspections and Regulatory Requests



  • Manage relevant audits or inspections, including liaison or coordination of audit matters and drafting management responses, etc

  • Respond to relevant regulatory enquiries, requests for information or documentation

  • Perform periodic assessment and oversee remedial actions


Training



  • Ownership of the company's AML/CFT training programme and ensure mandatory trainings are completed on time

  • Conduct AML/CFT training to staff as needed;


Onboarding Due Diligence KYC


Review and approval of new customers (individuals and businesses), Partners, Agents and Counterparties.




Others



  • Support day-to-day operational activities

  • Act as approval for operations activities and to provide support to ops team during high volume activities.

Job Summary:

· Responsible for business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities.


Main Job Duties:


Manage sales enquiries:


· Manage products / sales enquiries


· Track and ensure enquiries are promptly attended to and responses are highly professional and reflect the positive attitude of the company


· Closely follow-up sales activities with individual or business customers


· Analyse reasons for failure to turn enquiries into sales


Generate sales leads:


· Generate sales ideas, plan and identify sales leads


· Perform door-do-door sales


· Maintain updated sales pipeline and review sales pipeline and sales progress on weekly basis with management


Preparation of sales proposals to prospective customers:


· Capture all necessary information about customer to create impactful, accurate and sure-win proposals

Closing sales and Customer onboarding:

Qualifications:

Business Analyst

Job Summary:


You will work very closely directly with senior management of the company including the CEO / COO in the development of new products or features for the company (internal systems or external products). You will also be expected to ideate relevant new products to complement the company’s product strategy and roadmap and propose them to senior management. To be successful in this role, you would need to have a solid Business Analysis background and experience, ideally in digital payments or more broadly in digital financial services. You are required to be fully hands-on ranging from conceptualization of the new products, documentation of business requirements, design of the products including creating mock-ups, specification of technical requirements for developers to develop the product and through to testings of the products.


Main Job Duties:



  • Gather, analyse and document new product / features requirements.

  • Developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

  • Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to identify and document current (if improvements to existing products) and future business processes.

  • Ensure requirements are understood, agreed to and signed off at the appropriate stages in a project.

  • Define, analyse and document current and future state business processes using industry standards

  • Documenting functional and non-functional requirements

Senior Digital Marketing Officer

Job Summary:


Working closely with senior management, your primary role lies in the development and execution of the company’s overall marketing communications strategy that encompasses both offline and online marketing channels. The objective is to build, maintain and expand moolahgo’s brand outreach, social media presence, promotions or marketing campaign. This will include monitoring and ensuring proper use of the corporate brand, managing and maintaining the company’s website, mobile apps, and email/ CRM software, create social media content. The communication efforts will also require you to copywrite, review and produce collaterals, as well as planning and implementing events and initiatives. You will also be tasked to monitor, track and report on campaign performance. Other duties will include assisting in the recruitment, training and management of a pool of volunteers or interns.




Main Job Duties:



  • Manage and execute / implement full spectrum of marketing & communications achieving company goals and targets

  • Propose holistic marketing communication strategy and required budget for entire financial year. Present strategy and budget to senior management for approval.

  • Conceptualize development and execution of advertising creative ideas, design and layout in support of all marketing activities such as advertising, print and digital media (print, direct mailers, fliers, newsletters etc.)
