You will assist the head of department in managing and supervising the operational and administrative activities of the outpatient clinics, including supporting the clinicians. You will help in the planning, development and implementation of workplans, prepare and monitor annual operating and capital budgets, as well as ensure efficient and effective resource allocation and utilisation. You will manage manpower resources to keep up with new and existing services in the clinics, and are expected to help enhance service delivery and provide prompt service recovery when needed. You will also need to participate in cluster workgroup meetings relating to system enhancements and workflow for the clinics.
$1500 to $3000 (Monthly)
You will perform frontline duties in the area of registration, appointment scheduling and payment collection, and provide support to service improvement initiatives/projects to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow in the clinic. You are required to handle patient service duties such as providing assistance to doctors, radiographers and patients in the consultation / procedure rooms, conducting basic patient assessments, liaising with various departments on patients' appointments for tests/procedures, and briefing patients on the preparation needed prior to their tests/procedures.
$3000 to $5000 (Monthly)
You will support the administration of risk management programmes, conduct clinical review of patient records, identify relevant clinical care issues. The candidate will liaise with the respective HOD of departments to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality assurance programmes. You will play a supporting role in ensuring that clinical outcomes are consistent with current accepted practices.
You will be working with a team and will be required to integrate and analyse data using statistical methods. You are to conduct root cause analysis, risk mitigation exercises and work with teams to coordinate projects assigned. You will also coordinate meetings, document meeting proceedings, prepare reports and participate in the implementation of improvement initiatives towards improving patient care.
The selected candidate will be offered employment on 2-year renewable contractual terms.
You will ensure that medical records are scanned and indexed accurately. You will also provide clerical support to the Medical Records Office and attend to phone or walk-in enquiries. As part of job enrichment within the department, you may be rotated to man the Medical Reports Unit's reception counter, process medical report applications, perform cashiering duties and handle the retrieval, processing, delivery and release of medical records. The suitable candidate will be offered employment on 2-year renewable contractual terms.
You will engage in the day-to-day operations and administration pertaining to the Medical Reports Unit. You will handle medical report applications and respond to enquiries from patients/third party requestors. You will work with various departments to coordinate such processes. You will need to maintain effective processes for the retrieval and archival of medical reports and relevant patient records. You are also responsible for the submission of MediClaim diagnosis codes. You will need to supervise a small team of staff, monitor and review work processes to ensure that operational efficiency, key performance indicators and service quality objectives are met. You will also be involved in initiatives/projects that enhance work processes, systems and records archival. The suitable candidate will be offered employment on 2-year contractual terms.
$3000 to $4000 (Monthly)
You will be part of the dynamic team responsible for the organising of conferences to support the professional development of the cardiac healthcare staff.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to plan and execute the conferences successfully within the given budget. In the new normal, you must be adept in the use of IT to achieve these desired objectives and agile in making adjustments when required.
· Degree in Marketing or Business
· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in events management
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Knowledge in using software such as Adobe to create designs would have an added advantage
· A good team player with strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
· Able to multi-task, work effectively and yet meticulous under tight deadlines
$2300 to $4600 (Monthly)
You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate the total nursing care for an assigned group of patients, as well as perform a wide variety of nursing procedures and patient education that meet patients’ needs. You will have opportunities to work in the Cardiothoracic Surgery wards/Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Cardiology wards/Coronary Care Unit (CCU). You will be required to perform shift work.
You will be tasked with financial accounting duties and administration of the Health Endowment Fund (HEF) and Medifund. This will include working with stakeholders to ensure that all donations are received in proper order. You will also maintain the HEF donor database, document monthly HEF financial statements, and handle all related banking matters. In addition, you will help to track and compile workload data to facilitate regular reviews by the management. You will also assist in the preparation of financial reports on monthly and quarterly basis, perform quarterly inter-company confirmation and be involved in new projects as assigned.
