Engineer (Project / Maintenance)

Responsibilities:



  • Assist Manager on job site activities such as project coordination, monitoring, safety and quality management to ensure smooth work progression and completion within target time and budget.

  • Prepare minutes of meeting, project execution plan, schedule, method statement, risk assessment, design plans, and specification.

  • Liaise with all the stakeholders (e.g. Client, Authorities, Consultants) with cross department and sub-contractor.

  • Assist Proposal Department for job tender.

  • Perform variety of cost engineering functions including cost control, budget preparations, forecasting, cost reporting, and progress claim.

  • To assist to initiate and undertake action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity.

  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned subject to business needs.


Requirements:



  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), or equivalent.

  • At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience.

  • Experience in process plants handling both project and maintainance.

  • Open to Entry-level candidates.

  • Office proficient in (AutoCAD/Microsoft Office/ Microsoft Project)

  • Fluent in English, both written & spoken

  • Independent, resourceful, pro-active and team player

  • Possess good organization, planning and project management skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure

Administrative Assistant Manager
NEX GLOBAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.

$3000 to $5000 (Monthly)

Job Descriptions:



  • Manage and review all HR and Admin policies and procedures

  • Responsible for the HR functional areas encompassing recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, induction and training, performance management, compensation review, employee engagement and payroll process.

  • Manage and oversee the office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies and equipment, management of contracts, lease or tenancy agreements, organization and office space management, administration of employee’s insurance, liaison with vendors and contractors.

  • Assist to develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives and policy advisory aligned with overall business needs to deliver effective HR management

  • Works closely with various departments managers to assess staffing requirements and provide assistance in the development of strategic staffing plans.

  • Maintain employee personal files and leave system records.

  • Manage monthly payroll processes.

  • Manage employee disciplinary issues, counselling and termination in accordance with company policy.

  • Familiar with work pass applications and maintain compliance with MOM law and regulations.

  • Responsible for execution and management of annual performance appraisal exercise and preparation for yearly salary review, promotion and variable bonus for reporting.

  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned subject to business needs.

  • Assist the day-to-day of administration and finance matters of the department

  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping in the department

  • Assist of procurement and claims matters, including overtime claims and reimbursement claims

  • Assist to prepare for the group's consolidated financial statements, month-end, year-end closing, cash management, cost control and business activity reports

  • Assist to oversee the review of internal controls and ensure compliance to corporate policies, procedures and statutory requirements

  • Liaise with external and internal auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary and government authorities


Requirements:



  • Degree or Diploma in Administrative or Human Resource Management or Accounting or Business Management or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences

  • Well verse with Singapore's Employment Act, labour laws and statutory rules and regulations

Project Engineer

Responsibilities


· Interpret construction and technical drawings.


· Handling site daily operations such as manpower and construction equipment deployment, etc.


· Communicate engineering/technical/ quality requirement to team individual.


· Project Co-ordinate with Clients, Team Member, and Vendor/Contractor.


· Responsible for the delivery of projects in compliance with project specifications.


· Preparation of method of statement, Risk assessments for various installation works.


· Monitoring and assist of site construction team for Fabrication, Installation, Testing, Commissioning works.


· Liaise with respective functions to prepare project planning, progress reports and claims.


· Plan weekly work schedule and set productivity to be achieved.


· To monitor the progress of projects.


· To initiate and undertake action to prevent the occurrence of non- conformity.


· To verify technical specifications for adequacy.


· Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan.


· Involved in all operation and project related meetings.


· Report to Project/Site Manager.


. To site survey and prepare tender document to client.


· Respond to RFQ and prepare require documents and submit tender.


· To prepare budget control sheet and monitor expenses.




Requirement


· Candidate must possess at least a “O” level, ITE, “A” level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Pharmaceutical) or equivalent.


· At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


· Required skills – Sales, Communication, Project Management, Technical Application.


· Able to work under pressure and work independently with minimum supervision.


· Highly motivated and driven personality.


· Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.


· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.


· Fast-learner, disciplined, result-oriented.


· Able to work at construction site and outdoor condition.
