Job Description

Currently we are building a new e-commerce platform introducing good quality Korean products to local customers. For the successful launching of this platform, we are searching for a Marketing director who will be in charge of overall marketing and public relations activities.

Responsibility


· Conduct market analysis to assess the organization's internal and external business environment and landscape.


· Build a marketing team by hiring required human resources, securing budget and developing proper procedures.


· Build a strong relationship with brands in Korea for collaborative marketing activities


· Develop internal and external communication strategies, guidelines and parameters.


· Establish marketing objectives and strategies based on the deep understanding of the products we are selling, and the concept of our e-commerce platform


· Develop the marketing strategy and build the market expansion plan by working with a marketing/public relations agency.


· Formulate public relations strategies, identify key focus groups for public relations cultivation and direct public relations activities.


· Direct the design and development of model used for data-mining.


· Implement the successful marketing experience in our overseas offices; Thailand and Malaysia




Requirements


· Minimum Bachelor's Degree


· Experience in management consulting firms is a plus


· Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus


· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience


· Native or Advanced (Business) Korean Language skills to understand the brands are a Must


· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


· Strong leadership skills to lead a team and communicate with external partners

In this position, you will be in charge of PR activities and Digital marketing of diverse brands Boniq is carrying. Responsibility




Digital Marketing


· Develop overall digital marketing strategy


· Implement digital marketing activities/ campaigns across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display etc)


· Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms


· Set up conversion, pixel and event tracking across various digital platforms


· Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans


· Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with team




Public Relations


· Lead the planning and implementation of PR initiatives related to the diverse brands such as KOL activations, content strategy, retail/press events & paid media campaigns.


· Build strong and positive relationships with media, influencers, and other related parties.


· Leverage a variety of media channels to maximise brand and campaign exposure


· Develop and monitor public relations budget and track the effectiveness of various campaigns.


· Be in charge of diverse social media platform such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Telegram to expand reach and engagement


· To perform other adhoc projects as assigned.




Requirements


· Diploma or professional certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Public Relations or Mass Communication


· Requires 3 - 5 years of experience with a portfolio and a proven track record of successfully executed digital marketing campaigns and PR campaigns


· Proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and social media networks.


· Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.


· Social media savvy and stays up-to-date to the ever-changing landscape


· Experience in or a thorough understanding of social channels and content marketing

JJOBI is the premium toy and pacifier sterilizer in Korea. We recently opened a JJOBI booth at Mummy’s market in Raffles City Shopping Centre. We’re hiring a Part time promotor for JJOBI. Your central goal is to introduce the brand to the customers visited our booth and improve the sales.




Responsibility


· Sell and promote our products to hit sales targets


· Manage and handle sales activities


· Update on daily sales


· Provide customer service and result-driven to achieve sales targets


· Deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers


· Build good relationships with customers


· Distribute brochures to the customers


· Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers


· Listen to customers' feedback and report to the marketing team




Requirements


· High school diploma or similar (Aunty age is acceptable)

· Assists the senior warehouse executive in the running daily functions, preparation of reports, inventory updating and maintenance housekeeping of the warehouse

Your central goal is to help to manage e-commerce store, improve its influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Responsibilities:


• Manage daily operation for brand’s online store across e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, etc.


• Design digital artwork for promotions and listing photos

• Work with marketing to drive traffic to stores and increase conversion via content marketing, social media and SEO/SEM.


• Conduct market research to analyse competitor, market trend to improve the performance
