We are looking for a creative individual who will be responsible for creating the overall look and feel of a wide range of interactive communication products with our various accounts. Using text, data, graphics, sound, animation, photography and other digital and visual effects, you will be working on projects such as graphics layouts, traffic drivers (banners, digital posters, social artwork posts), web games interfaces, online learning materials or interactive guides.


Creative



  • Able to compose a shot, understand framing, color and light to create a visually pleasing photograph.

  • Ensure deliverables are aligned with brand guiding and style.

  • Retouching photos, adding details, or other digital editions will be through a computer.

  • Creating graphical images and layouts through a computer.

  • Able to ideate digital deliveries such as social posts, media banners or marketing campaigns.

  • Participating and production in web video creation, contributing to storyboard and layout.

  • Abide by brand guide to provide creative solutions for clients.

  • Help to manage our assets library.

  • Ensure that projects are completed in the most efficient and cost-effective manner based on creative briefing.


Project Management



  • Able to manage small sized projects or campaigns independently.

  • Collate questions and converse ideas/solutions to clients.

  • Ensure appropriate documentation is used and/or obtained.

The Business Development Manager is the relationship owner, supported by a project manager and technical resources in order to meet the customer needs and achieve revenue objectives to ensure profitability of all technology projects.




Responsibilities



  • To prospect, qualify, develop new business opportunities with existing and potential new clients, identify and understand their business pain-points and to tailor solutions through our range of technology services.

  • To identify opportunities and increase sales in Digital Marketing and Technology (MarTech) services and solutions, such as CRM Platform Onboarding, Implementation and Integration, HubSpot Marketing/Sales Enablement & Automation, Website UI/UX Design & Development, eCommerce solution to existing and potential new clients.

  • To achieve established sales goals related to the building of necessary pipelines, legitimate contacts made within the target market, presentations made to key stakeholders and decision makers, pilots produced and full service and production agreements executed. Establish sales objectives through effective forecasting.

  • To implement effective and consistent sales processes. Drive sales process leadership from contact through strategy, proposal, presentation & successful conclusion within a defined market.

  • To negotiate all aspects of contractual agreement including terms and conditions, duration and pricing with the contracting entity.

  • To prepare/craft out quotations and proposals with the Technical Solution Pre-sales team and Delivery team for clients' needs and requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-6 years industry experience in a digital marketing setup, ideally in a Sales/Business/Account Management role with client facing and revenue KPI focus.

Account Executive/Senior Account Executive

The Account Executive supports the Account Manager in maintaining and managing clients accounts at the agency on an ongoing and project basis. They coordinate the day-to-day agency efforts on assigned accounts. In this role, the Account Executive insures that the agency provides:



  • Sound and responsible account management and planning.

  • Proper and innovative execution of work in all areas on schedule.

  • A consistently superior creative product.


The role is client facing and has scope for career development and enhancing skills across a range of disciplines.


Successful candidates for this role will report directly to the Account Director and indirectly to the Account Manager on accounts assigned.




Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in the Marketing, Media or IT streams.

  • Interest in and aptitude for producing creative, marketing and technology solutions.

  • Knowledge of web application design and build.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years industry experience in a digital or social media marketing capacity, ideally in a creative agency or social media agency.

Responsibilities




Planning, Analysing, Evaluating, Presenting



  • Work with the Account Manager/Business Lead to develop an understanding of clients’ business issues to provide proposals and plans which solve their marketing challenges.

  • Actively support the development or business proposals and presentation of proposals to clients.

  • Develop workable budgets, work plans and realistic timetables.

  • Collaborates with the Business Team on preparation of marketing recommendations, strategies and actions for the client.

  • Reviews, analyses and evaluates the following, relative to the client’s needs and objectives: all assigned creative projects, internal agency projects and assigned new business projects.

  • Provide client platform / business updates on a regular basis to demonstrate upcoming opportunities and threats to their business.

  • Work closely with Producers in defining project scope, and creation of project specifications and time plans.

  • Determines project risk on an ongoing basis, escalates issues as needed.

  • Evaluate best team makeup for assigned projects.

  • Monitors out of scope requests, initiates additional estimates and approvals.

  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.


Coordinating, Managing



  • Ownership of client communications for timelines and delivery of assets post campaign confirmation to drive client satisfaction and account retention.

  • Maintains communications with appropriate agency and client personnel to ensure positive workflow. Escalating exceptions and issues to Director Level as required.

  • Educating clients and managing their needs and expectations.


Project Management



  • Manage assigned projects, involved with client projects from start to finish, ensuring successful project completion against deadlines.

  • Provide and maintain projects status - liaising with development teams, designers and commercial staff to provide accurate updates of project statuses.

  • Project quality assurance - testing and review of output, reviewing outputted deliverables against scope.

  • Asset Management, sourcing through final delivery.

  • Initiates and leads all appropriate project meetings.

Financial & Administrative



  • Monitor all internal and external costs for assigned projects.

  • Creates and maintains all project backup, status reports, PO’s, estimates, schedules, change orders, technical and production specs, pre production books and any other associated backup.
