Essential Job Functions

• Provide leadership to serve Scrum Team and the larger organization.

• Coach Scrum team in self-management and cross functionality. Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone.

• Help Scrum team to focus on creating high value increments to meet Definition of Done.

• Manage Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog with Scrum Team.

• Facilitate Sprint planning and execution.

• Host daily stand-up meeting.

• Track Scrum team’s progress and remove impediments to the team's progress.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Project leader.

• Certified Scrum Master in Agile Methodology.

• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts

• Project management tools expertise.

• Domain knowledge in Financial Services industry is compulsory.

• Java, Micro Services Framework knowledge is preferable.
