Personal Assistant to Chief Operating Officer (COO)
ORANGETEE & TIE PTE. LTD.

$3000 to $3500 (Monthly)

Job Description




● Work closely with the COO to provide one-to-one support in daily operational duties including:


○ Monitoring the COO’s email and responding when required;


○ Acting as the first point of contact for agents, leaders, staff, suppliers and clients;


○ Scheduling meetings and appointments;


○ Organising events and conferences for the COO;


○ Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings;


○ Attending meetings on behalf of COO;


○ Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.


● Organising travel itineraries and coordinate logistic needs such as transportation and accommodation.


● Assist in reminding key senior members on important tasks and deadlines.


● Conduct or prepare any research that the COO may require.


● Preparing PowerPoint, speech and script for COO presentation.


● Collate and file expenses; managing databases and filing systems.


● Supporting role in event organising such as Business Conference.


● Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.




Job Requirements




● Diploma/ Degree in Mass Communication or Business Administration


● Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in secretarial or Personal Assistant support.


● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Competent in PowerPoint and Excel)


● Good verbal and written communication skills


● Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks

● Professional discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.


● Efficient, flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.


● Well-developed time management skills.


● Must be proactive, take initiative.


● Possess Tact and Diplomacy.

Marketing Executive (1 Year Contract)

Job Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the planning and the execution of marketing plan(s)

  • Managing and organizing creatives/contents/deliverables/collaterals for marketing plan and strategies

  • Ensuring healthy progress of marketing plan(s) by liaising with all stakeholder(s); ensuring assignments are carried out by stakeholder(s) on a timely manner according to the marketing/project timeline

  • Craft, schedule and ensure all posts are published as intended across all social media platforms

  • Craft, schedule and ensure all internal communication are broadcast as intended across various internal communication channels (e.g., Email, WhatsApp messenger, in-house mobile application(s), display spaces. Etc.)

  • Monitor and manage all social media platforms and online marketing websites

  • Monitor and manage marketing performance

  • Perform, monitor and manage ads placement(s) and performance


Job Requirements:



  • Diploma/Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant field

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English (content writing, proofreading, copywriting etc.)

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and SEO, web traffic metrics and other social media best practices

  • Good understanding of social media KPIs

  • Familiarity with web design and publishing

  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills to manage and keep to tight deadlines

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Meticulous and possesses a keen eye for details

Human Resource Executive
ORANGETEE & TIE PTE. LTD.

$2500 to $3000 (Monthly)

Job Responsibilities:



  • Perform timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees under the Group and submission of monthly CPF payment.

  • Prepare monthly payroll breakdown (cost allocation) for Finance Department.

  • Assist with annual audit exercise and prepare schedules.

  • Responsible for statutory documentation and submit claims for government-paid childcare leave, maternity leave, paternity leave and NS make-up pay.

  • Maintain and update accurate employee database in payroll software and Microsoft Dynamics NAV system.

  • Assist in recruitment activities for hiring department and exit administration.

  • Handle work pass matters for foreign employees.

  • Maintain leave records of employees in internal leave module and manage leave related queries from employees.

  • Other HR administrative tasks as and when required.


Job Requirements:



  • Diploma in Business/Human Resource Management or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in various HR functions especially payroll

  • Good knowledge of employment legislation (MOM Employment Act) and IRAS tax regulations

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and experience with creating pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

  • High level of integrity and sensitivity in managing confidential information

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across different levels

  • Proactive and strong attention to details
