Human Resource Executive

$2500 to $2900 (Monthly)

Responsibilities:



  • Assist to plan and execute programmes, taking initiatives for suggestion of ideas to maintain employees engagement.

  • Ordering of gifts and get-well hampers.

  • Provides HR advisory to respective business units and ensure HR matters are in compliance with employment legislations.

  • Provides human resource support in the areas of compensation and benefits, which is not limited to matters relating to medical claims, insurance claims, WICA, staff benefits.

  • Provides support in employees learning and development, including sourcing and application of employee’s training programmes; and to work within training budgets

  • Update, enrol and maintain employees records in the Time Attendance systems

  • Work closely with immediate superior in reviewing staff welfare and benefits e.g. staff insurance renewal and proposal, PMBS, staff duty meals, staff cafeteria and staff lounge supplies, staff and public transport etc.

  • Update poster for staff noticeboard.

  • Responsible for following through Covid-19 related matters

  • Work closely with immediate superior in the formulation, implementation and review of HR policies, collective agreement and programmes to ensure alignment to Club’s goals and objectives and market and industry best practices.

  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Management.


Requirements:



  • Certificate in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the above indicated Human Resource functions, preferably in service or hospitality industry.

  • Knowledge of local HR practices and employment legislation.

  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Meticulous and detailed with strong analytical skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly excel skills

  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.

Requirements:



  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Economic or Management or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of hands on experience in the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, preferably in service or hospitality industry. Those with strong experience in training and employee engagement programmes would be an advantage.

Job Description:



  • Evaluate IT security assessments, and testing of applications to identify vulnerabilities and risks

  • Install, troubleshoot and maintain PC-related hardware, printers, network equipment, servers, VMware, routers, switches, cloud backup, and firewall etc

  • Provide end user support to IT hardware and applications

  • Manage user account on-boarding and off-boarding

  • Maintain and update OCC website

  • Upkeep documentations for up-to-date OCC business process

  • Upkeep documentations for audit reports

  • Ad-hoc IT duties/projects




Requirements:



  • Diploma/Degree in IT or relevant fields with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
