Marketing and Client Support Coordinator

As a member of our team, you’ll work with experts in the field of Organisation and Leadership Development, learn more than you can imagine is possible, and work with some of the most sophisticated companies in the world doing meaningful and enjoyable work.




THE ROLE


Your main responsibilities are to:


Marketing Support (40%)


• Maintain client contact database



  • Update new contacts and maintain existing contacts in our CRM

  • Manage bounced e-mail list to identify and connect with clients that have moved companies

  • Upload CRM contacts into mailing software for newsletters and other mailings


• Coordinate events



  • Coordinate communication with clients (pre- and post-event)

  • Manage invitation process and help clients register for events if needed

  • Set up event or webinar software (Zoom or other)

  • Manage event invitation list in the CRM (add or update contact information)


• Identify leads for future client work



  • Identify activity on social media, newsletters and other forums that indicate interest in products and services


Client Support (60%)


• Support survey creation and administration



  • Manage and create Excel reports as needed

  • Manage survey administration process

  • Download data and create reports

  • Work with the Operations team to review and check accuracy of new reports


• Set up event or webinar software (Zoom or other) and manage software for virtual client workshops


• Support and coordinate testing of new surveys (UAT testing)




DESIRED BACKGROUND


• Minimum of a HNITEC in a relevant field


• Excel: Advanced


• Technology savvy. Will use a variety of platforms and tools


• Database or data management experience


• Detail oriented

ABOUT THE ROLE


We are looking for mid-career professionals craving for their next career challenge, and to be part of an exciting tech start-up inside a highly successful consulting firm.


As Technical Operations Manager for Produgie, you will play a critical role in refining and executing our customer and product service delivery proposition.


You will help to create amazing customer & User experiences across the entire lifecycle to drive adoption, retention, and customer success.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Establish and evolve the customer service experience and workflow strategy and plan

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our customers around the world that reach out to us via our support channels (email, Freshdesk)

  • Answer all questions related to the Produgie platform and escalate when necessary

  • Educate and empower our customers to be better Produgie users

  • Serve as an internal resource for our team and help them be successful - this might look like responding to “quick questions” in Teams or even joining a virtual meeting to serve as the product expert

  • Be responsible for ensuring that customer data is handled securely - we are gatekeepers and manage internal requests for access to accounts by other team members at Produgie.

  • Be a customer advocate by providing feedback to the product and engineering team on improving the platform to better solve our customers’ challenges

  • Partner with the customer organizations across multiple time zones (we are a globally distributed team) to continuously improve our customer experience as our customer base grows

  • Use deep understanding of Produgie’s functionality and backend to ensure smooth operation, support, and maintenance of Produgie.

  • Oversees software testing and transition processes, and provides necessary support when required.

  • Interact with the application Users and setting up, and onboarding of the Users.

  • Work with a range of tools to understand User behaviour and uses this to give inputs to product development and to build in-app support for different types of Users


PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



  • Highly motivated to learn and deliver high levels of performance

  • Loves engaging with customers and helping to solve their problems

  • Good business & IT acumen; critical thinking skills

  • Previous experience with SaaS contracts/subscription models a plus

  • Exceptional fluency and articulation in English (both spoken and written)

  • Experience building teams and individual capabilities

  • Excitement to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment where you can feel pride and ownership for your work and take on big responsibility

  • Ability to thrive when working independently and also team-oriented; strong communicator

  • Familiarity with application development and relevant software platforms on which Produgie is deployed


REQUIREMENTS



  • Singapore citizen

  • Minimum of 20 years of work experience with at least 6 years in this specific area, skills and abilities for this role and a willingness to learn fast

  • Min Qualification Level of Polytechnic Diploma, but we are open to diverse educational backgrounds but prefer technical
