Marketing Manager

$4000 to $5000 (Monthly)

Our client is looking to hire: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

Our client's business covers multiple categories in Singapore and the region. They supply FMCG products to domestic beverage trade regionally, manages direct to consumer e-commerce platforms, private sales to high-net worth clients, in addition to Travel Retail stores across Asia. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and integrate online and offline marketing efforts to improve overall Brand building and expand their presence.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for defining core strategy, key targets and lead development projects including web developments.

  • Responsible for building and managing regional e-commerce strategy and partnership to optimize opportunities for Online, House-brands and Retail Stores.

  • Develop marketing campaigns supporting strategies for Category and House-Brand to increase awareness leading to sales In-store, Online and other sales avenue of the company.

  • Lead a team of designers to support development of creative materials, sales tools, and communication needs to support online / offline marketing activities.

  • Plan online / offline marketing campaigns, analyse marketing effectiveness and propose calendar of activities and events to drive sales and profitability.

  • Working collaboratively with Category Managers and Sales directors to plan and organize promotions and marketing activities on our various commerce platforms and stores per marketing plans set out in advance, and adjusted as required.

  • Enhance retail quality and merchandising standards, including in-store display and messaging by supporting retail teams to implement standardization of in-store visuals, and setting display standard.

  • Plan sales productivity and budget management for proposed marketing activities and campaign.

  • Lead event agencies, vendors, third parties and ensure high quality and excellence in execution across all retail, branding, and marketing activities.

  • Provide strong communication and coordination with peers and colleagues in different departments, entities, and region to drive commercial success.

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is necessary to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.

  • Possess Diploma/Degree in any field or relevant qualifications with at least 5 years of related marketing experience.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce landscape and in-store retail marketing an advantage.

  • Possess good analytical skills with good business acumen.

  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and proficient in nurturing and fostering good working relationships with partners and team.

  • Energetic, agile, and driven.

  • Resourceful, independent, and self-motivated.

  • Adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

HR and Admin Manager

$4000 to $5000 (Monthly)

Our client is looking to hire: HR and Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficiency in HR delivery and be a subject matter expert in all HR matters.

  • Manage full spectrum of HR generalist duties which includes, but not limited to:

  1. Consolidate monthly payroll instructions and perform payroll checks, support payroll audits and related reporting

  2. Support the development and implementation of HR policies, standard operating procedures, letter templates, forms and tools, as well as manage HR contents on SharePoint – a common HR repository.

  3. Oversee the overall day-to-day HR operations and functions.

  4. Maintain and expand working knowledge of current laws and regulations related to HR that directly impact the organisation and its compliance requirements.

  5. Recruitment - establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire workforce which includes conducting interviews, job offering, orientation, compensation and benefit etc.

  • Manage administrative/office duties which includes, but not limited to:

  1. Coordinate with IT support on IT related matters such as user access matrix configuration, basic troubleshooting, etc.

  2. Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.

  3. Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning and insurance renewal etc.

  4. Handle all licensing and regulatory matters to facilitate the business operational needs.

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is necessary for ease of communication with Mandarin speaking clients.

  • 5+ years of progressive human resources generalist experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or related discipline.

  • Must be familiar with InfoTech

  • Proven experience with operational people, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement and compensation and benefits.

  • Strong business acumen with a clear focus on delivering solutions and insightful advice on people and business issues.

  • Strong personal presence and credibility, complemented by excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management to effectively manage the demands of multiple business stakeholders.

  • Experience in creative problem solving, influencing, change management, and eliminating barriers at any organisation level.

  • Prior experience in a start-up environment is preferred.

Our client is looking to hire: Customer Service Executive (Digital Currency Firm)

Client is one of Asia Pacific’s leading digital assets exchange platforms operating in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and Australia. The company focuses on consumer, retail and institutional investors seeking convenience to trade digital assets securely.

Job Description:

  • Provide prompt, efficient and high standard customer service support via live chat, email, and phone calls

  • Attend to enquiries by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem

  • Diligently and effectively manage and follow up on any disputes and enquiries of current or prospective clients

  • Resolve customer disputes and escalate to relevant department if required

  • Keep accurate report records and document customer service actions and discussions for follow up troubleshooting with the correct internal departments

  • Prepare and compile overall customer satisfaction for analyzing and convert it as feedback opportunities to innovate service and improve work efficiency

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication while following communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Work together with Customer Service Manager to manage and to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, team player and driven for growth

  • Administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Work with Legal teams and other stakeholder department to resolve escalated disputes.


  • Knowledge in CRM system will be advantageous

  • Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline, preferably with qualifications in

  • Economics / Finance / Business Administration / Business Management / HospitalityKnowledge with CRMs such as ZenDesk

  • Highly customer-oriented, motivated, meticulous and results oriented

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong Client Communication and advanced trouble shooting skill

  • Ability to multi-task and provide calm and analytical customer service under pressure

  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken), knowledge of additional languages is a plus

  • Comfortable to work during weekends
