QA Manager

$6000 to $8000 (Monthly)


• Determine resource requirements to support current and forecast future QA needs.

• Evaluate milestones and ensure that testing is carried out at the scheduled time and duration for each title.

• Manage the review of comprehensive test plans and evaluate bug write-ups and reports

• Provide constant feedback to your team which includes appraisals and discipline.

• Manage and execute Mobile and Web client projects.

• Ensure the information on client business, product knowledge, scripts, etc. are received from the client.

• Supervise daily client deliverables and the revenue achievable.

• Direct, execute, and deliver assigned projects effectively.

• Communicate project related updates cohesively to the client.

• Ensure the team performs to their best on every project.

• Coaching the assistant leads and senior testers.

• Take ownership of tasks and lead the team well across projects.

• Conflict and Issue management

• Establishing course of action for self and others to achieve goals effectively in a timely manner.

• Facilitating individual performance so that project objectives can be met.

• Send utilization, resource allocation, and verify billing hours with timesheets.

• Ensure monthly billing details of each project is sent to the accounts department.

• Recommend training needs for low performers and evaluate their improvement post training.


• Management experience of around 7-12yrs and ideally you will have hands-on technical experience which would include basic networking principles, Mobile apps and SDK (Android and iOS), Console testing experience is a plus.

• Previous experience within the games industry and managed a sizeable team of more than 20 employees.

• Comfortable to travel to Shanghai on regular basis if needed.

• Bilingual in both Chinese and English languages (written and verbal) as this role is required to deal with Mandarin-speaking associates

• Able to liaise effectively with a multi-disciplinary team across various locations.

• Attention to detail and clarity of thought.

• Applicants must be self-motivated, responsible, and versatile.

• A passion for gaming and expertise in playing games in various game genres, both online and offline is essential.

Regional HR Manager Asia

  • Primary partnership with local country management leaders to establish HR strategic and tactical framework & plans to align with global, regional, and local commercial priorities.

  • Be involved on strategic, tactical, and operational HR fronts, while providing leadership to the local HR teams in Asia.

  • Ensure best practices in HR are relevant to the business needs and acted as counsel to the management team on HR issues such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations & engagement, diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I), manpower reporting & analysis, and budgeting.

  • Develop and improve HR policies and procedures for implementation across Asia.

  • Manage organizational change processes and initiatives in the areas of integration and restructuring.

  • Lead and provide support as the Asia HR focal point in HR and organizational system implementations.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Marketing & Communications, Learning & Development to uphold the standards and practices required of an integrated HR function for Asia.

  • Provide support and front organizational audits and ensure that HR practices (processes and controls) are aligned with requirements.

  • Keep abreast of local statutory regulations and industry initiatives to partner with the business.

  • Be actively involved in global and regional projects, as well as undertake other HR responsibilities that are reasonably required from time to time.


  • Professional qualifications/certifications in HR.

  • More than 8 years of full-spectrum HR experience, including a track record in leading/managing a small/mid-sized diverse HR team across Asia.

  • Prior and relevant exposure in managing regional HR scope of work.

  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented mindset.

  • Be prepared to be operationally hands-on where necessary.

  • Able to prioritize, organize and execute multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

  • Resourceful, meticulous, and a team player who can work well with all levels.

  • Possess a high level of integrity & discretion.

  • Self-driven personality and team player.

  • Able to travel regionally when required.

  • Provide primary support and advice to managers and employees on various HR queries and policies.

  • Involve in employee onboarding and offboarding activities.

  • Handle end-to-end work passes related issues including application, issuance, renewal, cancellation, and any follow-up actions with the authorities and candidates/employees.

  • Participate in new hire induction and orientation programs.

  • Responsible for payroll administration.

  • Administer employee benefits such as leave and insurance issues.

  • Ensure employee records are always updated.

· At least a Diploma or tertiary academic qualification with specialization in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on relevant HR & Admin experience including payroll processing.

• Experience in people management/team leading will be advantageous.

• Sound working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practices.

• Good communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Possess a proactive and results-oriented attitude with resourcefulness and strong planning ability.
