SALES EXECUTIVE

Primary Job Function


1) To understand the philosophy and culture of the company, practice on daily basis during the Q up to support the Vision, Mission and Company Objectives. Keep the brand alive culture and promote its values.


2) Participates and contributes towards the various planning session and updates the management on the progress of the plans during the Management Meeting Review (MRM) and the monthly Management Committee Meeting (MCM)


3) Is responsible to drive and achieve the agreed Objectives Goals Strategy and Measurements (OGSM) established during the Corporate Planning Cycle.


4) Is responsible to provide accurate, reliable, and timely information to the management if and when required during his employment.


5) Is responsible of its team member’s or its own development, coaching and counselling to be applied if and when required.


6) Should always perform his duties within the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Policies.


Detailed Job Function


1. Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales in Singapore


2. Plan to ensure achievement of personal sales target, in alignment with company sales policies and strategies


3. Provide sales reports weekly, monthly, and quarter work plan in accordance with the formulated strategies


4. Be actively involved in Sales strategy & sales planning, sales forecast, implement marketing plans and sales activities review


5. Ensure that a high professional standard is achieved. Quarterly sales target and KPI targets are met


6. Lead top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure strong relationship that aligns with long-term company direction


7. Maintain and expand customer base, building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.


8. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.


9. Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product and service offerings; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors


10. Work collaboratively with functional peers (Marketing, Operations and Finance) to ensure smooth transition from prospect status to client status

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

Primary Job Function

Detailed Job Function (include the following, however other job duties may apply)



  1. To GRN goods received into inventory management system.

  2. To handle barcoding of all products in the warehouse.

  3. To document any discrepancy or breakage when receiving delivery.

  4. Ensure inventory are properly stored and located in the correct location (as per inventory management system)

  5. Responsible for the accuracy of the inventory levels – physical and inventory management system including weekly cycle count.

  6. Ensure goods are picked and ready for delivery in a timely manner.

  7. Packing of export goods as per international shipping standards. Marking, labelling, measuring and recording of packages and contents accurately in packing list.

  8. Organize and locate inventory in databases and online systems.

  9. Is able to pull up relevant reports from the ERP system, create and maintain the weekly Operations and Delivery report
