  • Deliver top notch serivce levels to clients and provide the support required.
  • To contribute towards the development of the business, leverage a deep understanding and knowledge of services, discretionary portfolio management, investment advice and family wealth planning,​


  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in banking / financial consultancy / asset management industry.
  • Candidate must be comfortable in Business Development and facing customers
  • Possess minimum a Diploma in Business or Finance.
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English coupled with Mother Tongue.

Training will be provided for entry level candidates with strong sales drive.

Experienced candidates also can be considered for Senior positions

Job Description

  • Well-groomed and has a passion for the luxury industry (Fashion, Timepiece, Fine jewellery, Beauty
  • Possess great customer service attitude with a pleasant personality
  • Customer service oriented with good selling skills.
  • Able to work retail hours (ie. shift work, public holidays and weekends)
  • Ability to converse in both English and Mother Tongue / foreign languages is an advantage

Candidates with a great customer attitude or a good sales track record is an advantage.

Candidates from Airline / Customer Service / Hospitality / Food & Beverage background are welcomed too.

Candidates with specific product specialisation can also look forward to career progression to a Specialist too!

More experienced candidates can be considered for Senior Sales or Store Management positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving, unpacking, and put away of inbound shipments.

• Reads customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed or shipped.

• Moves materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.

• Operate materials handling equipment (MHE) to transfer, put away and pick products to and from the storage locations.

• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or relocates orders to a holding area for packing.

• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.

• Assists in counting of physical inventory.

• Weighs or counts items for distribution within the warehouse to ensure conformance to company standards.

• Arranges stock in specified sequence.

• Keeps warehouse and work area clean by sweeping, dusting, and mopping.

• Complete physical reception and put away stock as per SLA.

• Pick and pack products to be dispatched within the company’s performance guidelines.

• Maintain 100% accuracy for products to be picked, packed and dispatched.

• 100% accuracy for physical reception of goods.

• Be responsive and flexible to the needs of the organization.

Job Requirements:

• At least a N/O levels

• Minimum 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Working Hours:

9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday) *Able to work overtime and on weekends when required
