Job Description

5 day work week

Monday to Friday 8am to 5.45pm

Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the company

Perform administrative duties such as invoicing, quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders, handling of phone calls etc

Assist in the ordering of materials, receiving of stocks.

Preparation of worker schedules and follow up on work progress

Any Adhoc duties delegated by the management.

Job Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Bilingual

Fast Learner and able to multi task

Candidates with relevant experience will be an additional advantage.
