Looking for Accounts Associate




Responsibilities:


1) Sending quotation and invoices for billings and renewals for client services


2) Ensure firm’s service standards and clients’ reporting deadlines are met


3) Sending reminders to clients for filing deadlines to ensure compliance with all


statutory filing requirements


4) Liaise with corporate secretary for preparing annual returns, resolutions and other


corporate secretarial matters


5) Liaise with bank on operational issues and open corporate account matter


6) Assisting clients with incorporation of companies


7) Assisting clients with corporate changes


8) Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned


9) Able to communicate effectively with team members and clients




Skills:


1) Good knowledge of IFRS and Singapore tax


2) Good knowledge in Xero Accounting software


3) Individual has to be highly meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines


4) Have a Good working attitude, ability to be a team player and able to work


independently


5) Good interpersonal & communication skills






(6 Months period)


Approved Training Allowance


• Fresh Graduates - $2,500


• Non-Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,500


• Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3,200




This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature).


Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.

Looking for Administrative Assistant




Responsibilities:


a. Accounting management:


- Perform administrative duties such as sorting of documents, filing, Issuance of


commercial documents (quotation, invoice), check bills, data entry, basic book-keeping


b. HR Assistant:


- Support and participate in company events


- Support on-boarding programme in welcoming new staff, prepare work-desk, name


card and staff pass, issue equipment to new staff (laptop, handset, earpiece)


- Assist in schedule interviews


- Support HR manager with any ad-hoc HR activities


c. Office administration:


- Manage phone calls and email queries


- Ordering of Office and pantry supplies


- Handling of administrative request from Management




Skills:


1) Diploma in business administration/Accounting/Human Resource Management or


similar field


2) Excellent multitasking skills & MS Office proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel)


3) Strong problem-solving skills


4) Well verse in English and Mandarin (able to communicate, both written and spoken,


with China client)


5) Ability to work autonomously


6) Meticulous and possess a keen sense of detail


7) Willing to learn and be proactive in work


8) Good interpersonal skills and be able to work in fast paced environment


9) Knowledge and proficiency in using Xero book-keeping software is a plus


10) Proficient MOM, CPF and Income Tax statutory regulations is a plus.
