Senior Specialist - Geographical Sales
REVENUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS-ASIA, INC. SINGAPORE BRANCH

As a Senior Specialist - Geographical Sales you will be responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with key customers by comprehending their requirements and offering our solutions and services. You will develop and executes sales strategies and plans based on a deep understanding of your accounts. You are responsible for managing the relationship, driving sales, and generating new businesses within your accounts. You are ultimately accountable for all activities between Accelya and your accounts.


What will you do?



  • Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with decision makers

  • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for your accounts

  • Identifying valuable emerging accounts and markets

  • Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace

  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions

  • Developing specific plans to ensure both long and short-term goals

  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships, maintain relationship, and pursue new sales and business development opportunities


What do you need to know?



  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to make compelling presentations to an audience of diverse and senior business stakeholders

  • Understanding of complex and lengthy sales cycles and how to create achievable milestones

  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals

  • Must be strategic, flexible, tenacious and results-oriented.

  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and client management skills are essential.

Senior Specialist - Pre-sales
REVENUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS-ASIA, INC. SINGAPORE BRANCH

As a Senior Specialist – Pre-sales for Offer and Order management products, you will be responsible for working with the Sales and Business Development teams to win new business for Accelya product portfolio. You will manage presales initiatives.




What will you do?



  • Respond to RFI / RFP / RFQs for offer and order management solutions and build commercial proposals.

  • Responsible to carry out customized demonstration/workshops of the solutions

  • Responsible for implementing pricing strategy in line with the Gross Margin requirements defined by Product P&L

  • Work closely with PMO, Engineering, AMS, Infrastructure, and Support teams to create internal business case view for prospect sales initiatives.

  • Responsible for drafting SOWs, CCNs and other legal documents related to scope, service delivery, commercials, SLAs

  • Participate in knowledge transfer of Pre-sales commitments to project / implementation teams.

  • Provide market feedback of competing solutions as well as Industry trends to Product teams and influence the solution roadmap


What do you need to know?



  • Hands on experience on Accelya’s offer & order management portfolio or similar competing products (Product portfolio covers NDC, Order management, IBE, Shop & Price engines, Merchandising solutions. Availability & Schedule builder solutions)

  • Proven domain expertise in Airline Commercial solutions as stated above, PSS experience would be an added advantage

  • Experience in Solution Engineering/Presales function within a software company

  • Experience in complex multi- product SI engagements

  • Experience in cloud deployments on AWS, Azure or similar environments

  • Appreciation of enterprise architecture, API integrations, micro services

  • Experience in complete product life cycle management, product release management, roadmap management, pricing, SaaS offerings

  • Project Management experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or IT.

  • Airline IT background
