HCM Consulting Manager, Professional Services

$9208 to $15347 (Monthly)


The Consulting Manager is responsible for People Management of our Functional and Technical Consultants across the department. The role focuses on developing the team whilst leading by example by working on key Professional Services projects. The Consulting Manager will work with the Rizing HCM Sales team to support sales pursuits where deep levels of domain expertise are required, showcasing our capability. The Consulting Manager is seen as a thought Leader and Domain expert in the HCM industry.

Essential Functions

  • Participates in projects as a Lead or Solution Architect, consulting clients with confidence and high quality.

  • Responsible for the management of a team of consultants (who are a mix of functional and/or technical in nature) including the professional development of this group.

  • Responsible for ensuring the team meets utilization targets and other agreed Key Performance Indicators.

  • Provides input to the development of delivery excellence activities.

  • Provides input into the support of Rizing’s products.

  • Responsible for hiring and onboarding of team members.

  • Demonstrates high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilates new knowledge.

  • Provides input into delivery-related activities with SAP.

  • Prepares knowledge transfer documentation and conducts training sessions.

  • Acts as responsible for sales support (domain expertise).

  • Interacts with project managers/CEM’s through escalations.

  • Provides input to Rizing Products & Offerings.

  • Feeds into internal reporting and dashboard-related activities to help ensure accurate forecasts and business performance indicators.

  • Provides input into bid model & Statement of Work creation.

  • Provides input into the development and management of the global Centers of Excellence (COE) and leverages the COE to help the development of the consulting team and the resolution of complex client issues.

  • Provides input into annual business plan creation.

  • Provides input into release management activities.

  • Responsible for ensuring expenses are in line with agreed budget and forecasted costs.

  • Other activities as advised.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any technical or business-related discipline, or equivalent work experience, with formal management experience.

  • Experience in a professional consulting firm.

  • Experience in leading a team and experience in Leadership training.

  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (or equivalent such as WFS).

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional Certification in at least 1 Module of SuccessFactors.

As a HCM Presales Senior Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors, you work closely with sales and account management, and are both business relevant and technically knowledgeable. You know your audience, having worked in or around the HR domain. You understand the important role that presales professionals play in the sales cycle, utilizing your experience within HR to understand business requirements and provide insight to both HR and sales teams.

Preferably, you have SAP SuccessFactors experience; however, you may offer alternative experience through implementation or support of HCM software with strong HR domain experience that combine to create a solid skill set.


A HCM Presales Senior Consultant interacts with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, presentations, and follow-up discussions. The primary role during an active sales cycle is to contribute presales input, in order to gain acceptance from the customer that the SAP SuccessFactors solution can solve the customer’s problem and is the right choice over the other competitive offerings.

  • Working closely with our internal SAP Sales team, you strive to understand client requirements to craft and deliver compelling value-based software demonstrations or presentations in support of sales cycles.

  • You join or lead customer discovery calls with representatives from the prospective customer to both build relationships and understand their business needs, vision and priorities. You demonstrate your deep knowledge of HCM solutions and appropriate industries and maintain credibility with the customer.

  • You engage with customers to advise on the functional aspects of the HCM solution, and creatively craft solutions and proposals that clarify how SAP SuccessFactors brings business value to address critical business challenges faced by customers.

  • You fulfil a presales role within our sales team, ensuring that any opportunities or projects you support are well-qualified with a mutually agreed action plan.

  • You work with Account Managers, Sales Executives, and Solution Consultants on RFI’s and RFPs to support customer proposals.

  • You stay vigilant on SAP SuccessFactors product enhancements, whilst contributing to and encouraging a knowledge-sharing culture within our team.

  • You provide limited post-sale support to the project delivery team to ensure a smooth transition for customers.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge in one or more of the HR disciplines, along with general knowledge of HR practice and policy and a good understanding of functional groups that impact or are impacted by HR systems and processes.

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal), along with demonstrated high level presentation skills and ability to facilitate client meetings or workshops.

  • Demonstrated software implementation experience (cloud or SuccessFactors implementation experience a plus).

  • Proficient at prioritizing multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment.

HCM Director, Strategic Industries - Business Development (SEA)

$12900 to $14500 (Monthly)


The Director of Strategic Industries is responsible for building market position through locating and developing business relationships. Responsible for growing existing strategic accounts and supporting service delivery to Strategic Industry customers.

Essential Functions

· Leverages industry knowledge and implementation expertise to ensure the delivery of all activities to strategic industry accounts.

· Maintains responsibility for growing the strategic industry accounts.

· Markets and promotes strategic initiatives through collaboration within the Strategic Industry Team and with cross-functional departments.

· Serves as the Account Executive to manage the sales cycle.

· Engages a competent Strategic Industries Team through continuous mentorship and strategic coaching of the Strategic Industries Directors throughout the sales and delivery process

· Fosters team collaboration through interactive leadership of the Strategic Industries Directors to meet group sales quotas.

· Builds pre-sales assets and conducts pre-sales activities to support account planning.

· Conducts pipeline reviews on a scheduled basis.

· Maintains internal tools, systems, and registers.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; minimum 10+ years of experience may be substituted for degree.

· Minimum 7 years of HRIS Solution Implementation experience, such as SuccessFactors modules or SAP solutions, throughout the full implementation lifecycle.

· Prior experience in HCM, EAM, SuccessFactors and Utility Space is highly desirable.

· Previous Project Management or Delivery Executive responsibility within the Professional Services industry, including experience with bid management, project scoping and sizing.

· Sales experience with a demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and managing sales cycles.

Desired Qualifications

· Certification in 1 or more SuccessFactors modules or SAP Software.

· Certification in Project Management, such as PMP or Prince2.

· Experience in retail/wholesale, financial services, or utilities industries.
