ROSS Digital is an F&B robotics and automation company that was founded by a team of senior level executives from Fortune 500 companies. ROSS Digital is building its Singapore office and is funded by two of Singapore’s top MNCs and a leading SEA conglomerate. ROSS Digital has built and commercialized its robotic café/bar. The robotic cafe/bar is now in 6 locations across China, and is growing rapidly. ROSS continues to develop new products within the F&B automation space.




The Role:


The position is based in Singapore with the goal of supporting the local team to assemble, maintain local units and work with the R&D team to explore and develop and test new initiatives.




Your responsibility includes:


· Assemble units in Lab or on location including putting together the frame, various equipment, laying piping (water, cables etc)


· Perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.


· Works with engineers in conducting experiments


· Assembly and testing various equipment and products.


· Works with cross functional teams to meet customer’s expectation with speed, efficiency and consistent quality.


· On-site and off-site troubleshooting/diagnostics of system/equipment failures


· Service and maintenance of the automation unit at customers sites


· Assist engineer to handle operation and maintenance of various mechanical and electrical systems & services


· Able to carry out handyman works e.g. painting, carpentry work, wood, metal cutting etc when necessary


· Collect and provide feedback from field and customers’ sites


· Expected to assume shift work or standby on scheduled weekends to attend to urgent customer’s request

The core requirements we are looking for are as follows:


· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred


· Candidates with NITEC / ITC, Technical Certificate or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering but with working experience are also welcomed to apply


· Min 1 year relevant working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities and implementing improvement works


· Customer focused


· Follow, comply and ensure good housekeeping and safety in factory


· Physically fit, hardworking with good integrity and a good team player.


· Strong interpersonal and communication skills;


· Be open-minded and persistent in quality improvement and optimization

WE ARE LOOKING FOR: A dynamic project manager to drive our product and service expansion efforts. The successful candidate will lead all areas of project management – client/customer relationship, project workflow management, budgeting, resource delegation, time and risk management – to develop, implement and execute a plan that is in line with Ross Digital’s brand values and business strategy so as to pioneer lasting change in the F&B industry, through human-centric automation and digitization.




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Project Management:


· Lead in all existing, present and future product and service expansions in Singapore


· Provide clear briefs and to key stakeholders


· Contribute to project flow efficiency by ensuring effective resource & time management


· Oversee and monitor progress of project schedule – from pre-sales kick off, sales, planning, build up, IT-setup, inventory, tests, pre-move in checks, to official move in


· Lead sales and planning phases to develop unit aspects such as menu, design, layout and consumables


· Lead sales and planning phases to develop overall project aspects such as timeline, project budget, financial modelling, commercial terms and client sign-off


· Be key point of contact to Commercial team, retailers, internal stakeholders and external partners throughout project duration to coordinate all installations and follow up


· Develop budgets , including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections and evaluate performance




Supplier / Processes Coordination & Implementation


· Take charge in sourcing and assessing vendors and partners for client project fit that upholds optimum quality and cost-effectiveness


· Construct processes that to fully optimize planning and execution processes


· Build and develop relations with all vendors, partners and business thought leaders




Collaborate within cross-disciplinary teams:


· Have high adaptability in building knowledge across all teams (Engineering, IT, Business Development, Operations, Commercial) to advice on processes that can be streamlined

The Role: This position is a mid-senior level role with specialty in 6-axis robotic engineering. Based in Singapore, the position is ideally a technical and innovative engineer with the ability to work in cross-functional teams (engineering, industrial design, IT, digital), to include working closely with our Shanghai R&D team.


Your responsibilities include:


● Provide robotic technical expertise to help broader team in strategic product decisions


● Facilitate, manage, and provide support to vendors in all automation-related work and more


● Deep dive into 3D mechanical designs in fixtures, grippers, tooling, brackets, etc. for robotic solutions


● Develop control system concepts and architecture according to requirements


● Provide pneumatic architecture to include layouts and schematics

● Create Bill of Materials, drawings for manufacturing, QC audit, etc.

We are looking for an Interior Designer who will work with us and our partners to design the next generation retail/café/lounge/restaurant/coworking space.




Role Description:


· Revises drawings, presentations and renderings as assigned under direction of lead designer


· Assists with preparing implementation document sets (i.e., interior plans, fixture plans, elevations, construction drawings, details)

· May communicate with and coordinate with vendors and product manufacturers representatives during finish sample procurement and selection


· May participate in communication with other disciplines, consultants and contractors to incorporate all information into project requirements


· May assist with review of RFIs and submittals during the Construction Administration Phase


· May participate in product presentations to maintain knowledge of industry drivers, products and materials available on the market


· Participates in and contributes to in team meetings to discuss project issues, technical issues and coordination with other disciplines


· Fosters awareness of the importance of growing and maintaining client relationships and the basic concept of business development


· May assist in production of marketing presentations




Qualifications:


· Experience is great, none is also fine. We believe in talent more than your number of years on your resume.


· Knowledge of software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, InDesign and 3D modeling software


· Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred


· Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing


· Ability to problem solve and collaborate on innovative solution
