What you will do:


Conduct technical trainings, Power Services and Digital Power including MV/LV switchgears + Protections Relays+ Transformers equipment:



  • Delivering Low and Medium Voltage solution trainings for our FSR/Partners

  • Delivering Transformers equipment and Protection Relays/Energy Automation training for our FSR/Partners

  • Delivering PME, PSO,EPAS trainings

  • Make sure that safety rules, best practices and safety conditions are met during each training session

  • Evaluate trainees

  • Be responsible for one or several classrooms and ask to maintain electrical equipment

  • Work closely with R&D, technical management and technical support for technical issues and get the latest technical updates


Development of training activity



  • Develop intimacy with countries to understand and detect FSR training needs

  • To proactively assess technical gaps in countries and recommend enrollment

  • Formalize the discussions and associated training plans.

  • Manage engineering instructions, teaching methods, course creation, necessary equipment to launch new training courses for Energy and Partners solution offers

  • Oversee updating course content and ensure the knowledge transfer towards the other trainers

  • SME role / TTT / technical support L2

  • Ensure new Power System/Automation/DE offer road map implementation

  • Go on field with countries to support & coach them


Safety



  • Zero Accident & Ensure 100% safety (safety rules/ PPE/ equipment/ tools) -> not negotiable / escalate if required

  • Encourage/track/report near miss: Enablon app to be used to report any safety opportunity

  • Safety Documents (Risk Assessment, LOTO, Pictures) prepared for each mobilization and uploaded into bFS

  • Safety & FSR Signature: Be compliant with latest Safety & FSR signature requirement and promote them (Polite / On time / Branding / Quality level / good communication)

  • High contributor to continuous improvement initiatives/action plan & share best practices to countries

  • Animate the APAC/EAJ FSR Champion community

Qualifications - External

What will you do?

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Warehouse Assistants need to be physically fit in order to move items off the truck and be able to work at a fast-paced environment, as most warehouses receive shipments continuously throughout the day. This can involve operating machinery to move pallets and also requires proficiency with inventory management software.


Place New Shipment in proper place on Warehouse floor



  • This is another duty that may involve the operation of machinery to move heavy product. Warehouse Assistants must have a strong spatial awareness of where everything goes so they can place it as quickly as possible. This duty requires strong organization and prioritization skills.


Process and fill Customers' orders



  • Warehouse Assistants spend a good amount of their shift processing customer or client orders, and then filling those orders. This duty requires a strong attention to detail to ensure the highest accuracy.


Preparation of Shipping labels



  • Even though most of the work performed by Warehouse Assistants is manual labor, they still need to be tech-savvy to operate SAP. Part of the use for this software is printing the shipping labels for customer or client orders and placing them correctly on the products.


Load to-be-shipped products on the truck



  • This is another task that requires some physical strength and fitness, and also may include the use of machinery to move heavy product. This duty involves double-checking all labels against customer orders to make sure the right items go to the right place.


Requirements


To succeed as a Warehouse Assistant, one must possess a good work ethic and a moderate familiarity with technology. Warehouse Assistants need to be able to operate ERP (SAP / Oracle) and all of the tools involved in scanning in shipment and creating shipping labels. Warehouse Assistants need the following skills to get hired.

What you will do?


In our R&D organization we are responsible for maintenance of our existing offer - PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller) and associated products. Diverse tasks regarding product enhancements in the area of fieldbus communication and cybersecurity. Adaptations in firmware around modified hardware and electronic components. All products are manufactured in mass production in different production sites located mainly in Asia. The job is versatile and diverse in an open and communicative team and attractive environment based in our R&D design center in Singapore.


Area of work:



  • Enhancement of firmware related to PLCs and associated products

  • Real Time Operating System, Low-level drivers and HW interfaces

  • Design and development of enhancements based on marketing requirement

  • Perform functional and reliability tests of FW code, troubleshoot, and resolve issues

  • Creation of data (Impact Analysis) for the Board of Change (BoC) to take decisions

  • Create the necessary documentation for the FW code and review information for our customer documentation.

  • Close cooperation with our multi-site R&D team, Verification- and Validation teams

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in developing and/or maintaining embedded systems run on RTOSes (VxWorks, embOS QNX, ThreadX, FreeRTOS etc.)

  • Exposure to developing low-level drivers, HW interfaces, prototypes, and products with real time constraints

  • Demonstrated programming experience with C/C++, Python etc.

  • Good understanding of one or more of fieldbuses (Ethernet/IP, CAN, OPC/UA, Profbus/ProfiNet etc.)

  • Hands-on with hardware assisted tools (Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer etc.)

  • Experienced in solving complex system problems with systematic troubleshooting skills

  • Analytical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving with customer focus

  • Experienced in providing effort estimation, project planning and tracking.

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams in multi-cultural environment.

What you will do:




Energy Efficiency Service Delivery



  • Lead energy efficiency program deployment for clients in East Asia Japan (EAJ) zone.

  • Support sales in developing energy efficiency program, work scope and proposal.

  • Support customer engagement in winning energy efficiency projects.

  • Manage the effective and efficient delivery of energy cost forecasting services (budgets and associated services for electricity, gas and fuels) for our clients in EAJ zone.

  • Monitor and ensure delivery of tasks and services to agreed standards.

  • Monitor compliance with and uphold adherence to agreed service standards, processes and protocols.

  • Act as an escalation point for issue resolution.

  • Monitor costs of energy efficiency project and implement changes to improve cost efficiency.

  • Monitor performance against service standards and implement changes to improve these metrics.


Market Knowledge



  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the EAJ energy market(s) in which we operate and communicate that effectively to your team and other stakeholders.

  • Continuously monitor the market and collaborate with various stakeholders (internal and external) to understand and evaluate changes to the market(s).

  • Implements action plans to address changes to energy markets/legislation and the competitive landscape


Qualifications - External


Experience and skills we are looking for:



  • Bachelor’s degree / Masters in Engineering or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Energy Audits

  • Prior experience in Asia Pacific will be a plus or working with global customers/projects

  • CEM or SCEM certification

  • Extensive Energy Efficiency market experience and/or professional experience in similarly complex environment.

  • Experience and track record of developing viable solutions to highly complex business challenges.

  • Strong understanding of technology and business models.

  • Team player who works well with others, in and outside of the function.

  • An excellent influencer, negotiator and collaborator, forming effective relationships with demanding stakeholders.

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail and an ability to focus your efforts where they are most needed.

  • Provide excellent customer service internally and externally.
